It was alright not amazing but not terrible Entertainment during the day was good , nice swimming pool , food was not great but you can’t expect much , you in Cuba Beautiful beach , nice beach and pool bar

Please do not waste your money Pool is quite nice and the beach too and that’s about it Food is garbage and I’m not a fussy eater Room dirty , mouldy, smells horribly

The hotel is nice, I like the natural plants on the main reception, rooms are big,however, I found the bathroom needs maintenance, the food at the buffet was OK for cuba, lobby entertainment team in the lobby was good.

Originally when I booked it I was told that I can check in by 2pm at the latest so we had to wait till almost 5pm so they take us to our room it was definitely what I've reserved so they took us back to the front desk and they gave another room which again wasn't what I paid for so we decided to stay in that room 2 hrs later my wife calls me and tells me that there wasn't no hot water and there where earth worms in the room so I was pissed so my wife and I met at the front desk I made a big seen and finally Ithey gave the room that I finally booked and paid for so now for the next issue the food first day it was good second day they served rotten beef the 3rd day we went next door to try there food wife and I walk over and there where birds flying in the restaurant so we where like ok we where about to get in li e to eat that's when we seen birds on the table eating out of people's plates that's when we got up and left I can go on and on about poor maintenance done to the rooms and hotel the few positive things where the bartender at the cigar bar he was great 4 stars to him pool bar had a great local band that was really good great staff except the front desk good beer and rum was the best thing there oh yehh bathrooms near the bar was really bad urine smell well I'm going to end it here definitely 1 star what a shame

No spaces with air conditioning for relaxing at the bar. The only space with air conditioning is at the main restaurant. At the beach you don’t have a close bar. Hard to have a cold drink at the beach. The plastic glasses at the beach are to small to take any drink at the beach. The food at the restaurant is good and varied. The beach and the water are amazing!

I got mi baggage in the room and items was stolen

I’m coming to this hotel for the second time) in 2023 at the same time the service was a little better and there were fewer people) I’ll compare 2023 and now We took a room with an ocean view, the view was simply superb! Firstly, last year there were no problems with rum, the cocktails were made much better (the same pina colada was never in short supply, it was the best cocktail, but now there was no milk and it was made somehow). Now, after a large influx of tourists, only vodka and whiskey remained in the bar Secondly, there was a big problem with the towels; there were no blue towels for the first two days, then they were changed only a couple of times, and then only after much persuasion. White towels were changed twice. The laundry could not cope due to the influx of tourists Thirdly, there were huge queues for food in the dining room, it was always very noisy while there was an influx of Latins) As soon as the weekend ended, it became immediately calmer) Last year there were a lot of shrimp, we went just for them, but this time there were always crabs, which are inconvenient to split, only if you bite them with your teeth) There are a lot more fruits! The air conditioning works great only in the morning and at night; during the day, apparently, again due to the large influx of tourists, it couldn’t cope, and it was stuffy. It was always consistently cool in the bungalow) Pros: convenient location of the hotel near Varadero, everything is within walking distance. This hotel is almost the first one near the city, which is why we chose it. The evening bar near the cigar store is better than all the bars in the area, they mostly drank daiquiris there) You can pay in the hotel store with a MIR card. We then got to the airport on our own, they helped us with a taxi without any problems, the price was $40 But if there are any disadvantages, then the ocean compensates for everything! And we came here precisely for this, and the rest is trifles) Surprisingly, the beach is always free, there is a more expensive hotel nearby - there are always a lot of people there! Just don't log in Our beach is always free) Also, compared to last year, all sorts of swings appeared on the beach, the trash cans were changed) It can be seen that they are slowly adding improvements) Wi-Fi coverage is much greater, before it didn’t reach further than the hotel, but now it does on the beach) Overall, we were pleased with the hotel, otherwise we wouldn’t have come a second time, but next time we’ll think about whether we’ll come back here a third time) And I definitely recommend it for your first trip to Cuba!

We lived in a bungalow. Everything is killed in moderation in Cuban style. Welcome water one large bottle The food is plastic, like almost everywhere else in Cuba. Mostly Canadians and ours. The beach is very good. The location is great. Overall ok. There are mosquitoes, but not many.

The best value for money resorts in Varadero. There is a variety of food for meals, clean swimming pools and the hotel was clean. I would definitely go back.

Perfect service! Everyone very cordial. Plenty of food and drinks. The only problem was that there were no bath towels. They only provided face towels and claimed that the laundry had not been delivered.

From the moment you arrive, a very welcoming entrance with excellent service.

Very touristy hotel, poorly managed and terrible hygiene and food. I don't recommend it at all. Classic hotel for drunkards

Good hotel. Ideal location. The food for Cuba is also good. You won't go hungry.
