Huge queues in the dining room, there are few staff or they can’t keep up, there aren’t enough napkins, the food is a C grade, but sometimes there is fish, which is a rarity for budget hotels, cubes were a rarity, there was entertainment, the beach is beautiful, like everywhere else in Varadero, the internet works, but always I need to reconnect, but I managed to go to alakart once, but the food was the same, tasteless, in the lobby bar the cocktails and alcohol are mediocre, but I hardly drink, I didn’t care, I tried it and ok, a room with an iron, a hairdryer, a bathtub, TV, everything works.

Ocean and beach fairy tale 😍 First, the good stuff: the area is gorgeous. Special thanks to Eliezer and Senin. Very competent managers, they speak Russian well, they help with “unsolvable” issues, and in general I have very warm impressions from them. Delicious ice cream and cocktails, depending on the season they serve fish and seafood. February turned out to be off season. There was fish, but not super often. Grill zone - very good meat. And beef and pork and chicken. Pineapples and papaya. Of course the ocean!!!! The biggest plus. That's why we flew for 14 hours. We walked the entire shore - our part of the beach turned out to be the best in our opinion. Wide shore, sun loungers do not stack on top of each other. Quiet. Now about the negative))) First we checked into a bungalow (southern part of the hotel). Dark, humid, bad air conditioning, poor cleaning. Considering that they left chocolates and money, not very good. The bathroom floors were not washed at all. One day they took away a towel and didn’t bring any... any... at all. Neither for arms, nor for legs. They asked us to move to the main building closer to the ocean. There the situation has completely changed. There were elephants on the bed, and boats were flying. 9!!! Towels for two. Although there were 4 in the bungalow (as it turned out, we were given a foot towel as the main towel in the bungalow). Clean, bright, good air conditioning and views of the pool and ocean. Now the tips: - if you are not given something, demand and ask. Most likely they will forget, you need to remind them. - take a towel with you (at least a small one). Because we were given a towel for 2 days at the beach. - You can take your own mug, but disposable glasses were thrown away in front of us. - take plenty of sunscreen. They burned out in the first days. - the most season is from June to November. December - March winds can be strong. Ideal month - October - leave a tip. Locals will be happy with chocolates and primitive medicines (no-shpa, paracetamol, spazgan), but it’s not difficult for us In general, except for the moment of relocation and problems with the towel, everything was excellent. 👍

Buen servicio en todas las áreas, las habitaciones super cómodas aunq falta un poco de iluminación. El bufe tiene bastante variedad y comida de calidad. Con la piscina tengo alguna que otra inconformidad, aunque ya han buscado soluciones para el área afectada. Recomiendo el hotel, excelente ambiente y especial para pasar tiempo de calidad, ya sea en familia o con amistades, en cualquier situación.

Второй раз приезжаем в этот отель. Уютный номер, отзывчивый, добродушный персонал. Разнообразная кубинская кухня, обилие тропических фруктов, ароматнейший кубинский кофе. Зажигательная кубинская музыка по вечерам. И самое главное - роскошный Океан в минуте ходьбы.

Впервые были на Кубе, очень повезло с погодой, не смотря на то, что в августе тут сезон дождей, дождь был только ночью и всего пару раз. Что касается отеля, тут очень хороший большой пляж, мало людей, приятный белый песок, океан невероятного бирюзового цвета. У отеля большая территория, отзывчивый персонал, всё понравилось, обязательно вернемся

Formamos parte del segundo grupo del campamento de diabeticos y tuvimos una experiencia muy bonita aca y el servicio del hotel me pareció excelente.La jardineria es especial muy bien cuidado.Sin dudas regresaremos a este maravilloso hotel.
