Great place. If you want to travel for mandir and darshan. This hotel is at the right place. Food is also nice

Hotel is at good location. Walking distance to kashi viswanath temple, ghat and market. Food is excellent with variety and few dishes were customised to have without onion and garlic. Staff is very cooperative in terms of requests and helping on local information. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained across hotel and room. Though hotel is on busy road - inside room is quieter.

During my recent stay, i had an overall pleasant experience, thanks to the well-maintained facilities and courteous staff. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioning unit that made my stay quite cozy. The decor was modern and aesthetically pleasing, which added to the overall comfort. The amenities provided were satisfactory. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the poolside area offered a perfect spot for relaxation. The hotel's wi-fi connection was reliable and fast, which was essential for me as i had some work to complete during my stay. Safety and hygiene standards were clearly a priority. Hand sanitizing stations were conveniently placed throughout the premises, and the staff adhered to strict cleanliness protocols. This made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay, especially considering the current health concerns. The food at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight. The restaurant offered a variety of options, ranging from fresh salads to hearty main dishes. Each meal i had was delicious and well-prepared. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and ensured that all my dietary preferences were taken into account. One area where i believe there could be improvement is the speed of the room service. While the staff were polite and helpful, the wait time for room service orders was longer than expected. I suggest that the hotel could look into optimizing their room service operations to enhance guest satisfaction further. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The combination of excellent room quality, satisfactory amenities, high safety standards, and delicious food made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay, and i look forward to visiting again in the future.

Hotel saffron very net & clean, staff co operative & helpful. We reached before check in time but they managed & make early check in the rooms.

The food is amazing, the staff is courteous and the service is excellent! the restaurant opens a bit late so don't expect too much if you're an early riser, essentially after 9am! but they make up for it in taste! the location is near godowlia chowk so extra points for the location!

The rooms were clean and spacious. But the washroom was not so clean. Room service was average and the manager at reception was very rude.

Good and friendly service by hotel staff and owner. Distance to dashashwamedh ghat just took me a 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel. All amenities are in close proximity, it was a nice experience
