Cockroach found inside the hotel room, no shampoo available from the hotel side, no any self tea preparation items available in room. Fridge facility not available in given room. I have paid high rent but room not found as expected.

Location is ok just opposite to railway station, food we had not tried as their kitchen for veg and non veg is same and making process is also same utensils hence we did not tried the food, those who are looking for catching the train in early morning than ok other wise look for different hotels in nearby by of 1 km

Location was great. Near to varanasi cantt station. Cleanliness was good. Staff was well organised. Good hospitality. Food was average.

Hotel was not as good as shown in picture and description. It was not clean, bedsheets were having stains not been changed even after complain, overall hygine was very poor.
