Worst stay ever at any hotel in my life AC was not working at all when asked for the solution I was given the reply by one of the staff that its working efficiently how cool u want the room to be and the temprature of the room was 34 even after AC was operative for more than an hour or so. The staff even shut the door of the room in a very aggressive manner. After that I spoke to the manager but he even did not help me. I chose the hotel because of a guy Krishna who used to work there but he left a few months back and the new team is very lethargic and gives a damn about your needs I would like to recommend my fellow travellers that DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AT ALL. OWNERS HARDLY VISIT THERE STAFF IS NEGLIGENT & ARROGANT AC DOES NOT WORK EFFECTIVELY MAINTENANCE IS A MAJOR ISSUE AT THE PROPERTY NOT MUCH OPTIONS TO EAT IN BREAKFAST & THEY EVEN HAVE A CAPPING IN COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST OPTION

The manager and the staff are very insensitive. They are rude and illogical. Never book again from this pathetic hotel. They charge you based on your urgency and behave very insensitive while talking. Hotel should fire the receptionist and the manager. They are degrading the values only
