Unfortunately I came across staff with bad attitude and long list of things they cannot do, single cardkey for twin occupancy room is great in convenience. They are tardy in extending welcome and behave like sbi tellers. Better to look for alternatives.

Had an amazing experience staying at Pristine hotel in Varanasi. Was there for a week for a work visit and the hotel team made it very comfortable and very accomodating to early morning / late night room service requests. Highly recommend Pristine to both leisure and business travellers to Varanasi

Super hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa. l’hôtel est très bien placé. La chambre est très bien et le lit est très confortable Le restaurant est sympa, la nourriture est très bien et il y a même de la bière! Je recommande cet hôtel

The hotel is located at a very good place a very posh area. Easy to reach, having a hygiene and neat ambiance. Specially restaurant area is very good. we had a great service experience by the staff & there behaviour is very much impressive with Mr. Umesh & team.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff especially Umesh Manager & Sandeep Restaurant Captain with our breakfast & Dinner,All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a group of 27 and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the three weeks we were in Varanasi India

The hotel is well placed and extremely comfortable. The service in the hotel is excellent with extremely helpful staff. I had pleasure of enjoying a meal in their restaurant Tree of life and was delighted by the service I received from all staff the extremely hospitable service . Front desk staff superb. I look forward to my next visit.

Ate at the restaurant and was very pleased and happy with the food and service. The food was very tasty and fresh with a big variety of options and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Umesh and Kp and Jiitendra for all the wonderful hospitality and warm smiles!! 🙏
