The rooms flooring was bit sticky and the toilet is not so good. But the staffs working over there are really friendly. It is good for a budget stay, rooms can be better maintained.

Stay was good, clean & ambience was nice. Swimming pool is good. Few drawbacks were there like no kettle, tea / coffee pouches / tooth brush not kept.

Location is near the beach but don’t have sea view. They don’t have a restaurant in the hotel. Swimming pool facility is good. Very less parking space. Amenities could have been made better. Had complementary breakfast but quality was below average

Basic hotel with good swimming pool, cheap stay at the back side of the beach. Ac works but they do not provide tea or coffee, it seems they do not have kitchen and bring food from outside if someone books it with breakfast. Varkala beach is 700mtrs, other beach is rick at the backside aprox 200mtrs. These beaches are super duper clean. Sand is very thick here and doesn't irritate much and sea water is clean here, best beach for kids to play.

Non AC rooms are too bad , bad smell was coming on that day. Food was average, No salt or spice in coconut chutney

Rooms are very old type then other amenities is zero like t. V not play, just kettle no, bed spread also not good over all that resort is ok just safer stay and food providing good and neat.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. No thanks

Room and the customer service is so good. But the only problem is that there is tv in the room but not cable connections or dish connections it’s kept there as a showpiece. Please make sure the tv connection are right. Other than that all good
