Not good to stay, very old property, we booked for 3 but they gave us one single room with king bed since room with 3 bed stinks due to improper maintenance

Very bad experience. Bathrooms are not clean. Pool is not maintained properly. Rooms and bed are not cleaned properly and very dusty.

The room which we got was not the one we booked. It was on the 4th floor with no lift. The room didn't have a phone. So each time we have to go downstairs to inform anything we need. No hot water available, no kettle available, tv was not working, no indoor games, had a big cupboard with no rod to hang the clothes. The bed coat was so hard to sleep on. Dusty smell and this was not at a resort but a common hotel. I think we were allotted a different room altogether because there was a rush in the hotel and directly booking people got reference over online booking. The staff were ok and the complimentary breakfast was good which was the only plus. Really disappointed.

We were excited to stay at this resort. After check out, we were dissatisfied with the hotel experience and refuse to make future booking. The pool water was super dirty so we couldn’t experience it. No carpet or towels inside the room. Telephone to reception wasn’t working and no details were given on the telephone either. Breakfast was bland and the staff stopped me from taking more than one boiled egg which was a bummer. The pool was cleaned after we checked out and i took pictures of it.
