飯店的位置非常良好，房間乾淨設備齊全，下次出差還會選這裡，缺點是早餐一成不變….我住的房型是有包含早餐的，但是小費另給

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is clean and well-equipped. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is the same... The room type I stayed in included breakfast, but the tip was included separately.

房間很乾凈，服務員很nice. 早餐不太豐富，但是該有的都有。對面就是Vaughan Mills 購物中心，品牌很多，可以買買買！

The room was very clean and the waiters were very nice. The breakfast was not rich, but it had everything you need. Opposite is the Vaughan Mills shopping mall, with many brands to buy!

離wonderland近，離商場近，這些就夠了

We needed a room for the night before an early morning flight and chose the Novotel in Vaughan because we wanted to do some shopping at Vaughan Mills, and our on-site go-to choices were priced exorbitantly high this time.  We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel that is a cut above any YYZ hotel at which we've stayed. The room was modern and well appointed, and since we chose the Executive Room, it even came with bathrobes and slippers.  After shopping at Vaughan Mills until closing, we returned to the hotel and ordered a delicious takeout room service dinner from the hotel's restaurant. We slept well, checked out early, and made the 15 minute drive to the airport.  While it may seem farther out than the other airport hotel options, we would definitely consider staying here again due to the comfortable room, unexpected amenities, proximity to Vaughan Mills, and free overnight parking.

This hotel is a joke. We booked 3 rooms for a family wedding , and one of the room was supposed to be for 3 nights and the other 2 were for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we received a call asking us why our luggage were still in the room that we booked the additional night for. We rush back and spent more than hour explaining the situation. We even showed them our room reservation. They told us we checked out of all our rooms and we need to pay about $60 more of our initial rates if we want to stay ab additional night. We asked about not wanting the room and check out since at this point I was too pissed off to even want to stay there but they said since we have our luggage in our room , we need to pay $60 to recover the luggage. We explained to them that we never checked out of the room , and we were at lunch so we couldn't have check out of the room. After careful looking at the hotel bill, I noticed one of the room number was incorrect. So what happened was when we check in, one of the room wasn't ready, so when we came back to pick up the 3rd room, they give us someone else room and they give our room to someone else. The person have a name similar to me, so they didn't  check ID and gave our room which was for 3 nights to them and when we came to get our 3rd room we gotten his room which was paid from 2 nights.   This is also a security issue, anyone could easily gotten access to our room since they don't thoroughly check id. Even after they realized this, they wanted us to pay $30 more even though it was their mistake. The Manager Ali? told us it's only $30, what does $30 mean to you??  They messed up and still want us to pay additional for their mistakes.  I guess he eventually he gave in and give us our room at our rate. This ruin our whole day in Toronto.

Service sucks at front desk. Asked to speak to a manager, a gentleman by name Yaser approached seems did not know what was he doing not professional at all, rude way talking to us and even to his colleagues,  extremely bad service I have never experienced this service in my life. The next day on my way checking out asked to speak to a higher manager or to a general manager a nice professional lady went at the back office calling her manager, I knew she was talking to someone,, I was told he will come out shortly,, but all I could hear was a loud laugh, waited almost 10 minutes for a general manager to come out, all I could hear is loud voice with very loud laugh, I left as I didn’t have my whole day to wait for a general manager to finish his jokes and come out. Not professional at all, extremely disappointed. I will for sure share this experience with my colleagues and with my company. Never again this hotel with sucks general manager and his service at front desk.
