I had meetings scheduled at the York University so booked this hotel due to proximity. From what I can recall, I did stay here before but looks like the property has been extensively renovated. That said the area is not very nice with ***** mall and auto repair shops lining the main road and facing a number of fast food outlets. There was a lot of garbage on the street in front etc. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. Decent fitness center as well. It has a pub / restaurant attached to it. Had dinner there and the food was actually very good.

Stayed for one night - proximity to 407, airport, and convenience was the selling points…checked all those boxes. Got “upgraded” due to my Titanium status to a room with a slightly larger seating area, and received free breakfast at the on-site Boston Pizza (which I did try the next morning and it turns out is quite nice). I arrived around 10pm and it was quite loud with the restaurant in the lobby and I noticed a lot of families with children - so if that’s not your thing you may want to reconsider. Turns out when I got to my room on the 4th floor I couldn’t hear a thing (good soundproofing). Bed was very comfortable (better than standard Courtyard or Townplace), shower pressure was great. Room was well-lit…which was nice as that can sometimes be a problem in business hotels. The free breakfast voucher entitles you to choose from the menu…I had the full continental breakfast- I was the first and only one downstairs when breakfast started at 6:30 and everything came quickly and hot. Super. Would absolutely stay here again and fully recommend.

A quick getaway for my husband and I. The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Overall, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bathroom could be be either better lit, and/or a makeup vanity mirror would be appreciated. The controls on the vent are minimal and the fan was strong and loud. Boston Pizza in the hotel, however within the lot, there is a Tim Horton's McDonalds, and a few restaurants.

Our one week stay at the Sheraton Four Points in Vaughan. Front desk and environmental staff are pleasant and easy to speak with should you require anything additional or need to report an issue. We had no issues ourselves, but witnessed a couple requesting another room who were not met with any challenges. Our room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. We’re travelling 7 hours south for 5 weeks of medical treatments at Sunnybrook. The last thing we need to worry about is our hotel. We’ve booked again for a second week and hope stay here for the remainder of our time in Toronto.

Exceptional staff that made my stay at this Four Points location memorable. I want to point out the exceptional service I received from the restaurant of the hotel ( server named Bel ) and the food was very good. The front desk went out of their way to accommodate any request I had, I might return to that specific hotel while in the GTA area based on the service I received.

Though somewhat understated on the exterior this hotel is nicely appointed inside with comfortable, spacious rooms. I received a complimentary upgrade to a 2 queen room due to my Marriott Bonvoy status. Front desk staff are helpful. Housekeeping service is on offer every day. Workout room is available. Oddly, there s a sign outside for a Fionn's Pub and Restaurant and a fully equipped restaurant in the hotel; but, this has never opened due to a staffing shortage. Net overall, a good stay

I see there hasn't been any recent datapoint on TripAdvisor about this hotel so here's my take. The hotel looked and felt great - the remodelling (from a Super 8, mind you) was executed perfectly, everything was brought up to the Four Points standard, worked as intended, and looked fresh and neat. The team was also great and eager to help/chat whenever. I also loved the fresh fruits on offer at the front desk at breakfast time - which brings me to my biggest complaint about my stay - the fact that the restaurant was closed. This was not obviously available on the hotel's website, nor was there a warning during the booking process like there normally would be on Marriott's app. It hit me as a huge surprise and left me scrambling on the spot for alternative plans as I had a few breakfast meetings with guests planned during the week. I fully expected a Four Points to have an operating restaurant or a reasonable alternate, or bottom line let the guests know prior to arrival, instead of simply not trying, blaming covid, and insisting on “but sir you will get 500 points as your welcome gift”. I really hope the restaurant does open its door soon, but before that happens, I will not be coming back. btw I never received my “make a green choice” points either, even though I confirmed that they will get added at check-out =/
