The service level here is at the top range. I really appreciate the friendliness and the smiles of all staff on the island. And the arrangements of welcoming, response to any requests, etc. are all perfect. I never tried a stay with 2 house keeping per day which is really new to me. Really appreciated.

Good place to visit

The room is more than enough for two people, especially the bathroom, which is very bright and spacious, with a reasonable layout so you can take a shower and soak up the sunshine. Open the terrace door and sit on the sofa in the room to see the beautiful sea view. You can snorkel by going down the steps from the terrace. The water is clear. There is a piece of coral under Room 136. There are colorful fish in it. It is also common to encounter sharks. The Maldivian people are kind and friendly, and are very service-minded. The best experience is that they use their actions to encourage everyone to explore the unknown world of the sea. In particular, our butler Fathih arranged our activities clearly. Every activity is clearly priced. Although water activities are expensive, they are definitely worth it! The best thing is that you can explore another island while staying here. 

The hotel is great. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Male by speedboat! The receptionist, ********* Xiao Yang, made all the arrangements. I give a big thumbs up to the little girl!

The reception at the airport is wonderful, the resort is quiet, the employee responsible for our hospitality, Ibrahim, is smart and sophisticated. We liked the Japanese restaurant, but we did not like the breakfast. The room is quiet. The room’s pool is good, and beautiful beaches. We reiterate our thanks to the staff, especially Ibrahim, for his wonderful and useful suggestions.

Our villa was very comfortable, we loved the lagoon, the privacy of that space and exploring hermit crab island. We loved how clean everything was, no moisture or cracks anywhere, and regular housekeeping to keep us comfortable. While we got 2 very windy nights, it always felt very safe inside the villa. Overall the entire resort was premium luxury and safe and we can’t imagine wanting to go elsewhere again!!

Anantara veli was an experience like no other, from the moment you land in the airport till you reach the resort the hospitality is unmatched, we were greeted by our lovely butler rifau majeed, and he was the main man, checked on us and always made sure we were doing okay, we did quite a few activities like parasailing, the masterclass at baanhura (Thai restaurant) which was an absolute treat. Special thanks to the cdp chef Hathairat Phueakngam overall the rooms were so beautiful, was well maintained some of the best hospitality we’ve received so worth it. Can’t wait to go back, again special thanks to rifau majeed you were a star ⭐️

Absolutely delightful experience, jumping island to island for activities, trying out many cuisines and amazing staff to make sure we were well taken care of. Big thanks to Rifau and team for making our honeymoon a very pleasant experience.

This place is simply breathtaking. We stayed in a bungalow over the water on Veli and it was perfect for us. The service was exceptional. My jaw dropped when we walked in our room and I beheld the view of the exquisite water and white sand island out the window, an exquisite gluten-free vegan cake was made to celebrate our anniversary, the staff was very attentive to my dietary needs, and the food was delicious. The bed linens were exceptional and we never had an issue with hot water or water pressure, or even A/C even though it was blistering hot when we were there. Our concierge, NOAH, was delightful and very helpful in assisting us with organizing our activities. We indulged in surf lessons, diving, snorkeling, massage and sunrise yoga at the pavilion. The vegan cooking class with Chef Sagar was a treat beyond words. It was outdoors, right in the Chef’s garden. He is so knowledgeable, calm, patient and very skilled. He was amenable to adapting the menu to my needs, a true delight to share the morning with him and savor delicious, colorful healthful dishes. Noah and her assistant-in-training Sherry, made our stay ver special. We appreciate her caring service, and hope to come back to this exquisite place.

Beautiful views in the island. Good food and good staff. I’d like to mention Disni from Aqua Bar. She’s the most passionate and sincere person I’ve met in this island. Also, they have mandarin speaking hostess Sherry in the island. She helped us a lot. Nice experiences.

My husband and I stayed at the “adults only” section of the resort for our baby-moon; it was truly a magical experience — even better than our honeymoon! Rifau and Sham went above and beyond for us. The service was absolutely impeccable everywhere on the resort but especially thanks to them. The villas [rooms] were clean and updated; the food was amazing at every restaurant. We also found that there were a lot of activities available at the resort, such as snorkelling amongst all three islands, tennis, chess and biking. We look forward to returning to the family-section of the resort in the very near future. We can’t thank the team enough for all of their attention!
