Our recent stay at hotel benz park in vellore was highly unsatisfactory, primarily due to severe cleanliness issues throughout the room. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find numerous hygiene concerns that compromised our comfort and safety. The room was plagued with several cleanliness issues: spider webs and spider above the bed, heavy dust accumulation on the headboard, mold in the washroom near the bath tray, dust in room corners and on switchboards, and mold on the entrance door frame. This unhygieynic environment not only made our stay uncomfortable but also raised serious health concerns. We expected basic standards of cleanliness to be upheld, which unfortunately were not met. The hotel's failure to maintain even minimal hygiene standards reflects poorly. they have minimal to no control over the cleanliness standard of their partner hotels despite charging exorbitantly.

A well located property with spacious and clean rooms. Good food. Despite being 4star hotel, their room service starts only at 7am.

We were there in April 2024. Very satisfied with the hotel services. The meals provided, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were consistently pleasant and delicious. The proximity of the hotel to the hospital was particularly also beneficial to us. The gym facilities are excellent. They are well-maintained and offer a wide range of equipment. Also, a special mention to Ms Subhasmita who went above and beyond to make our dining experiences even more pleasant during our stay.

We went at 12 PM and they provided the room at 2.30 PM, we have to wait and all they said was in 5 mins Room will given, It never came and after several trips to reception they have a room where the AC Pathetic. very ordinary room For checking out procedure , no body know how to to billing also, and it took so long process to even check out
