Bathroom was quite large, breakfast had a nice variety. Hotel faced a nice plaza and was a close walk to saint marks. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out about giving suggestions for boats to Burano/Murano, where to eat, and where to get a gondola.

First stay here and we loved it. Very friendly and efficient staff, well equipped command clean room. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Location is great, with a couple of good bars on the Campo, only 10 mins from nearest vaporetto stop at Fte Nove. Good value and woukd definitely would stay again

The reception staff are wonderful. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Could do with coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast had a good selection. Location excellent, it is in a lovely square with restaurant and bar. it is easy to get to all the attractions and some lovely little cafes and restaurants, in all directions. Would definately go back again.

What an amazing little hotel! Perfectly sighted within an 8 minute walk from San Marco on a quiet little square. The staff were so helpful and honestly make the hotel feel like 4 stars!! Our room was small but perfect for what we needed, somewhere comfortable to sleep and shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent and set us up for our days exploring.
