We had room #3. Great location and spacious room with a scenic canal view. Little noisy but ok with doors closed. It's safe, but be ready to enter 4 different codes at 4 different doors before you are finally in your room. Overall recommended stay in Venice.

Great stay, easy directions given.

One of the main highlights of our trip was this beautiful flat in Venice. Great canal views from the two balconies. Very spacious and comfortable. Entry was quiet, safe and well appointed. The location was ideal being very close to Rialto Bridge but also off a quiet street not too heavily trafficked. We have already and will continue to recommend d this place to friends and family who visit Italy.

Absolutely horrendous!! Room was swarming with mosquitoes even with the window closed. Couldn't bear to be in the room, both myself and my partner were covered in bites in our sleep. Couldn't sleep as they kept dive-bombing us and would wake up with them crawling on us. The property don't ever answer their phone so contacted our hotel provider and they said they contacted the accommodation on day 2 but nothing was done. Been in touch with the hotel since, they have basically taken zero responsibility, denial (despite photos) and refused to offer any compensation for our hideous experience and resulting injuries. They even got insulting and tried to accuse me of making it up to get a free stay & called the whole thing suspicious despite evidence that I had contacted ********** early in our stay about the issue and photo evidence of the horrendous infestation/resulting bites. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
