The hotel is in a perfect location where you can get lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s easy to get there from the terminal without ups and downs the bridges. Our room has a balcony facing the river and you can see the boats passing by from time to time. The hotel also gave us a wine as a gift when we arrived which is very sweet! There is also a cute cat from the neighbour visiting us throughout the stay.

The location was good near the station, but the room smelled of sewage. The blanket was also a thin blanket with lots of pilling.
Also, when I checked in, the woman at the reception desk told me that breakfast was included, so I asked, ``Does it include breakfast?'' After that, I was guided to the breakfast venue, so I didn't have any doubts about what to do next. After having breakfast on the day, I was charged 20 euros when I checked out.
It was a different staff than when I checked in, but I wasn't satisfied with it, so I protested and the charge was 15 euros. Until the end, we did not admit that we had not been informed that breakfast would be included. He said it was because he believed in his colleagues.
If there was a fee in the first place, there should have been an explanation of the fee at check-in, but there was no such explanation.
I recommend staying at another hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is good, everything is easily accessible. At first we were disappointed with the rooms, we were in a kind of annex on the ground floor, the furnishings were not as elegant as in the pictures. But the advantage was that we had a second room in both rooms, so it was good in terms of space and space. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. The beds are also worth replacing, thanks to my weight I was able to flatten the bed springs. One advantage is the quiet, you don't hear anything from the Bar al Parliamento, a source of unrest until 1.30am.
Breakfast very good, staff friendly and helpful.

橋や階段が多いヴェネツィアでは大きな荷物を持って移動が大変なので、サンタルチア駅から程近く、橋を渡る必要もない場所にあるため良い立地です。
チェックイン時間よりも早めに到着したので荷物を預けるだけのつもりでしたが、早めにチェックインさせてくれました。
お部屋は古いですが、ベッドルームとは別にリビングルームがあり、ソファもデスクもあるので荷物を広げたりくつろいだりするのに十分な広さです。
1階の部屋は通りに面していて、窓が開いていると外の声が聞こえて結構騒がしいですが、窓を閉めればそれほど気になりませんでした。
スタッフの方は皆愛想が良く、チェックイン・チェックアウトはスムーズに行えました。チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってくれて助かりました。
朝食付きで、美味しいパンやシリアル、フルーツ、カフェなどが楽しめてとても満足です。

I love the junior suite with its canal view! The hotel is located relatively away from touristy spots. Water bus does travel through the canal and you can hear it early in the morning.

Terrible shower, no water pressure, hard to control temperature. Good location on the canal with views and lots of dining options. Spacious room. Friendly but not always knowledgeable staff. Bulky key. Terrible shower.
