Pessima esperienza .. pessima stanza e non capisco come possano così in giro le persone .. offrendo una stanza senza lampadine funzionanti, armadi che non si chiudono bagno fatiscente e tv non funzionante (della quale nonostante la segnalazione si sono ampiamente fregati). Credo debbano lavorare molto sull’accoglienza e sulla qualità dei servizi che fornite .. ad oggi penosi. C’era una bambina di 10 anni che ha dormito in un tugurio con le ante degli armadi rotte e senza lampadine… a mio avviso vi dovreste vergognare ad offrire stanze in queste condizioni! Sconsiglio assolutamente pessimo posto e pessima assistenza!

Very small room but clean bathroom. The bed was nice the room was small but all in all it was ok to stay here. It was really close to piazzale Roma where we arrived with our bus which made it really easy to reach. The only thing I really did NOT like was the blanket which was really old looking. Easy entrance with code no reception. No cleaning service unless you ask. Not great vfm we paid 135€ per night.
