This hotel is located just across the Grand Canal from the train station. You just need to get your luggage up and over the bridge. There are porters at the train station who will do this for you for a nice tip. Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a corner canal view room that was fabulous! Very spacious room with several windows to watch the busy canal activity. Breakfast is fantastic including brewed to order Italian coffee service. The hotel has a cozy elevator and a bar with indoor/outdoor seating. Lovely place to stay!

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

Consigliato vivamente, Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal canal grande a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco . Vicinissima alla stazione e dal punto di di partenza degli autobus per l'aeroporto, le stanze molto pulite il personale attento e gentile e premuroso, la colazione abbondante e variegata.

The hotel location was superb - it is located near the entrance to a canal close to the northwestern part of the island, so getting here by water taxi from the airport is simple. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station when we were leaving, which made our departure stress-free, and also a short walk to the Rialto path that takes you straight to St Marks. This boutique hotel has simple and elegant furnishings, was super clean, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful - always welcoming and asking us if we needed anything. The breakfast was the best we had in any Italy hotel and was quite generous portion sizes - yogurt with granola, fruit, coffee, bread, meats/cheeses, and a selection of an a la carte item. All of the food was made in the hotel’s charming 1-star michelin restaurant, Dama (which we also enjoyed) - nothing was canned or packaged. We stayed in the top floor room with a terrace that has a lovely view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and tea time with snack is pleasant. The service at the St. Regis Hotel is very good. The staff are warm and thoughtful. It is definitely a 5-star service. The facilities and environment are also first-class. It is also very close to St. Mark's Square. It only takes about 2 minutes to walk there. Of course, the price is A bit expensive, but reasonably expensive. This is a very good memory for me in Venice. I will stay here again next time I come.

The location of the hotel is very good, turn left when you go out to Marco Polo Square. The service is commendable, all kinds of toiletries are replenished in a timely manner, and the turndown service is also good. The breakfast room is very nice, but the taste is not good. The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.

Spend a night there to visit family. The hotel is a bit out of town centre but there’s buses and taxis nearby that takes you to the centre in no time.
Hotel is beautiful and very modern. They have a very good selection for breakfast. Lunch/Dinner menu is the same but they got food in the bar for the afternoons. Prices are bit on the higher side but the staff is very kind and helpful.

JJoungheeFrom the Venice Mestre train station takes only 3 minutes by walking. Supermarket is very near and Chinese restaurants are everywhere with good price. Their breakfast was good. They have Washer and dryer. Also luggage storage as well.

GGuest UserThis place is in Murano NOT Venice! i say that because i didnt know that when i booked. i was actually happy with the location but you should know. I think this place quality wise was great for it's location. it is not a 5 star hotel but it has many amenities, the rooms are spacious and clean. the water taxi is convenient. there is a bar downstairs open all day for coffee and through nighttime cocktails and you can sit outside. the main restaurant was disappointing. food was not that flavorful. But i would stay here again.

GGuest UserI was very worried before I arrived because of the mixed reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Rooms are clean. The location was great as it's only a few minutes walk from the railway station, and it's right next to the canal. However, breakfast was interesting as we were surrounded by aggressive bees and birds which were ready to steal your food anytime. Staffs were helpful. Special thanks to the waitress who helped calm my daughter when she was stung by a bee.

GGuest UserHad a 2 night stay booked in the Hilton Stucky, in a Club room, Venice. Arrived at 11am as we just came off a cruise. Unable to check in till 3pm which was unfortunate. Got access to the executive lounge and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, looks like a corridor off the main lounge, as there was no solid divider the noise was too much, have used Hilton brand around the world and as a past Diamond member, was left disappointed with this one. After checking in at 3pm we went to the room, 3rd floor, take something to leave a trail as there are many corridors to navigate to get to the room. The suit was large and tidy, but overall it looked dated & tiered Plenty storage Bathroom was large with Bath & shower, problems with them draining. Also a lot of mould in shower Not that I watch a lot of Tv, but only 3 English channels, 2 news programs Take plenty of bug spray, as lots of bugs in the hotel and they bite a lot Good shuttle into St Marks, every 30mins, only takes 39 pax at a time, so beware at busy times. Never ate in the hotel, so cannot comment. Sky bar gives excellent views over Venice and bar staff very friendly. Does get busy

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting San Marco and all of the main attractions in Venice. Breakfast was very simple, but was a nice addition and the server was very friendly. Absolutely amazing value for money.

You are all so kind, nothing was too much, we forgot our facemasks and the pharmacy was not open, receptionist gave us some instead. AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
