Die Lage des Hotel ist top. Es ist sehr gut erreichbar und direkt beim Hotel sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundliche und professionell. Das Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich eingerichtet und verfügt über eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Das Bett ist top, eine Waschecke mit großzügiger Dusche und einer zusätzlichen, freistehenden Badewanne. Selbst ein kleiner Balkon mit Stühlen fehlte nicht. Das Frühstück-Buffet hatte eine sehr umfangreiche Auswahl in top Qualität. Es war perfekt angerichtet und in Szene gesetzt. Ein absolutes Highlight. Bar und Restaurant sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und laden zum Verweilen ein. Ein wirklich absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Werkelijk in een woord fantastisch Ontbijtbuffet Komt bij ons op nr.1 van de Van der valk hotels. We waren met ons gezin allemaal enorm blij om dit ontbijtbuffet te mogen doen. Het personeel ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs een spaarsysteem zodat je voor 10 stempels 1 persoon gratis krijgt. Je krijgt ook per persoon een stempel

Heel mooi hotel, prachtige kamer met geweldig bed en bad. Heel schoon. Ontbijt is top met veel keus en verse sapjes. Het personeel in het hele hotel erg aardig . Bij de bar savonds mogen ze iets actiever zijn om bestelling op te nemen. Avondeten erg lekker, restaurant heeft mooie open keuken. Ook een mooie wellness en zwembad. Aanrader

If you are staying in Venlo, book this hotel it will meet all your expectations.
BUT don’t eat here, service is slow, food is poor quality and extremely expensive.

I always feel at home when I stay here (4th time at this location ). The staff is best in class along with their daily breakfast and all day menu. Convenient location and updated rooms. Beautiful hotel - they have most of it renovated and will start the last half soon. Very comfortable all around. Looking forward to my next stay!

Wat een prachtig hotel met heerlijke kamers ! Wij hadden een kamer op de 8ste verdieping, heerlijk ruim en prachtig uitzicht. Van der Valk voelt altijd als een feestje, het personeel is vriendelijk en verleend echt service. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, zoveel keuze . Wij willen niet meer anders!

Wat een mooie, ruime, schone en comfortabele kamer hadden we! Bij aankomst heerlijke genoten van een heerlijk stuk Limburgse vlaai en ons (gratis !) welkomstdrankje. In de avond een overheerlijk diner en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet na een nacht lekker geslapen te hebben in een erg lekker comfortabel bed. Echt een aanrader dit hotel, we komen hier zeker nog eens terug!
