Trovato tutto alquanto buono, in particolare la tecnologia recente e la buona qualità di camera e servizi, ottimi il collegamento wifi e l'apparecchio televisivo, ma senza reception e colazione in hotel il comfort non è sicuramente ottimale 😕

Staff was unwelcoming and not very invested in their role of hospitality. Their lack of effort for advice and help was extremely anemic. For this reason alone I would not go back.

Ottimo Hotel curato nei dettagli ed attenzione per i clienti. Da menzionare possibilità di scelta in camera tra telo bagno o accappatoio. Non posso commentare la colazione in quanto i questo periodo non viene servita in hotel. Comunque esperienza positiva.

Fabulous in every respect!
Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, and across the road from the ferry port, making it super-easy to visit the Borromeo Islands and even Switzerland!
The room was beautifully clean and comfortable.
What was particularly nice was the free coffee bar in the lounge and the "sweetie bar" in reception, and the welcome drinks & nibbles were an exceptional touch.
Everything is within close walking distance, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés.
Would definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr zentral gelegen, leider musste ich für den Parkplatz jedoch bezahlen, da es nur den öffentlichen Parkplatz gegeben hat. Das sollte man bei der Buchung angeben.
