Two weeks before our Trip we received an email that the hotel is not part of the Bestwestern Group anymore. We arrived. A big concrete parking lot, no shade, no green. Front office: empty. Instead a sign announcing pool is out of order. We children looking forward to a pool after a Long drive a disappointment. Gym: out of order Overall Impression: needs some paint and attention Rooms are big but not overly clean Breakfast was loveless, so we skipped it. Would no stay there again

The staff and front desk people were great. The rooms (we moved after the first day due to A/C breakdown) needed some repairs. Towel bar fell off the wall, sink stopped up, know missing on range. Pool was closed and that was disappointing. good parking. good location but not much food choices in that area. Internet worked. Beds were good. Nice to have the refrigerator.

Don't stay here! All the amenities were either broken or dirty. Stain sheets cold breakfast, not coffee, no pool, no laundry

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean but not deep cleaned. The elevator panel was not attached the carpet needed cleaned or replaced. The breakfast was cold and not a good variety.

So I got here yesterday. Pool and spa wasn’t working, my room is filthy, beds ****** eggs, pillows have memory foam with Alzheimer’s, ROCK HARD. Man at the counter had an attitude for whatever reason, the oil field workers must love it here..

My room was not very clean, when I checked in they sent me into another persons room, the front desk service was odd, I thought their breakfast was okay considering every other issue. Will not stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo motel una sola notte di passaggio. La camera era grande ma non troppo pulita, abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco, un chewing gum masticato nel cestino e capelli nel lavandino. le camera dispongono di cucina ma non hanno nessuna stoviglia nè piatti quindi non si capisce la loro utilità. La piscina è piuttosto datata e meriterebbe una ristrutturazione. Colazione NI, un pò rustica e non troppo pulito. Unico vero punto forte, il prezzo, davvero ottimo

Avoid at all cost. Manager rude and worthless. Problems not addressed. Told YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Dirty used plastic utensils in refrigerator, knobs missing on appliances fire alarm going off no response had to call desk told it was an error. Paid for clean safe room in working condition NOT THIS! No other room available because of Balloon Festival in town. Plus had reservations and depended on Best Western reputation and got this.
