Econo Lodge Vero Beach - Downtown

Loved it

The room was nice with comfy enough beds. The bathroom seemed liked it was overlooked when the room was renovated. There was also an ironing board in the room that we wouldn’t even touch because of how stained it was. Breakfast was also just gas station snacks and cereal. We paid $100 for the night and were disappointed with the quality of the hotel when considering how much we paid for it.

Stayed here for one night to celebrate my partners birthday with a weekend at the beach. The weekend went great, and this place did just fine to offer an affordable way to be close to the beach. The place is fairly clean. You can tell they recently put a Fresh coat of paint and even attempted to make it look trendy. But, other than that it’s fairly clear they did the bare minimum to the existent that they didn’t even bother cleaning the over spray off the fixtures a d lightbulbs. Still, for the price and location it is a true value. I recommend if you are looking to spend less on your stay, but, the bed was not to my taste, and their included breakfast was little more than hostesses danish. So, don’t plan on filling any dietary needs and replacing your morning meal.

Our hotel room was like a outdated jail cell. The room was stark and not cozy. Some times you stay somewhere inexpensive but cute. This is not it. When we first pulled down the bed we thought the sheet was dirty, but it was a spot on the mattress. The shower curtain had mold along the bottom ( see picture). The towels were the cheapest imaginable. ( s Bounty paper towel may be more absorbent). The picture of the rubber door stop all chewed up captures it all. Still standing but needs major CPR.

I would like to thank Jay and the rest of his staff for always taking care of my needs every time I appreciate the effort they make to make my stays there and definitely recommend them to anyone thank you

Super friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Nice clean rooms. Location is around many major stores. A little noisy with the construction around but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The breakfast was always fresh and hot with a great variety to choose from

I rented this hotel keeping in mind what they offered and the photos in their web page. Very misleading. No pool, no breakfast. The hotel is under construction, it was filthy. The worst part was the management attitude. I wanted to leave, the place was horrible, they wouldn't refund my money. Room was not made in the 4 days I was there. They made the beds twice, because I complained. They told me hotels work like that: they "don't clean rooms daily". Management (nobody would give me their names) also argued with me that I was paying for my room, not for how the hotel looks, if it's clean or not. Very sad. Please consider a different place to stay. January 2023

Over priced and as you’re checking in your find out the pool is temporarily closed, the free continental breakfast is temporarily closed, I’m sure it’s all permanently closed. WORST PART- the first room we were in was extremely infested with fleas. They moved us and the second room had them too just not as bad. We just dealt with it and got out asap in the morning.

Just go with musty smell and bugs. All the closed amenities did not bother me except none of this was disclosed when the room was booked. Looked like approximately 9 people were staying at the hotel. Not counting the bugs the room was clean enough for not clean. I think they are trying to turn the hotel/motel around from a real armpit but they have not got there. I'm sure the pandemic hasn't helped if they are trying a turnaround. I can't recommend at this time.
