Great hotel. We stayed here for a week to explore Verona for the second time. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about buses and how to get around the city and beyond. Good choice at breakfast and they even realised it was my husband’s birthday and gave us complimentary glasses of Prosecco. 15 minute walk to the centre of Verona but only a couple of minutes walk from buses directly into the station to get trains and buses to towns along Lake Garda or further afield like Venice. Room was spotlessly clean and very modern. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

What a shocker. Rooms very dated, shower was hanging off wall, mastic round bath dirty and coming awsy, ***** down middle of bath supposed to be anti slip grip but was so grubby I would never of stepped on it. Reported to our tour guide who repirted to reception, they said they would look at it, it wasnt until 10pm on our 2nd night that they offered to move our rooms, we were leabing next morning so didnt bother, they did give us a free round of drinks 🤔. We had a meal included 1st night, food was slopped on plate as you imagine prison food would be, the main meal we were not even told what it was. Looked awful. Pudding was 2 tiny scoops of ice cream which we had a tiny white plastic spoon to eat with. We were tokd off for taking drinks from the bar into the dining room even though they did not serve the drinks we wanted. Staff in dining room were very rude to us. Aircon was not working and no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Carpets in hallways were filthy and dust under beds. Tour companies should never be using this hotel, it is way outside of Verona and did not feel at all safe.

The hotel is not in the city, but it is under the high speed and it is very convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel room is very large and well equipped. Although there is no breakfast, the front desk is fully equipped and you can buy breakfast yourself. Free parking is also available.

We had booked four operas in four nights at the arena in Verona, and this hotel was ideally located, as it was only about five minutes walk, along a marbled street of high class shops to the piazza. The room was very good, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the public rooms very attractive. It is only a few minutes walk from such attractions as Juliet's balcony, and from a large number of restaurants. We would certainly stay there again if we go back to Verona
