Worst experience in my life. The room was dirty. Tv doesn't work. You have a kitchen BUT without pots/pans and cutlery. Coffee machine but no coffee. In the bathroom all the shampoo and lotion almost gone. It is a hotel and look like an airbnb. I did the check in 16:00 because look like you cant do it later (and call and sent email in advance to check it, without feedback) after check in I found all these issues and I went to the reception several times. They offer other room of worse category, very small for 2 adults and 2 children. (Which there were missing things as well). They told me that they will write me by whatsup (no phone in the room) and nobody wrote. I have written to ""EMERGENCY NUMBER"" And nobody reply it right now (more 12hours.... Emergency number...) in whatsap you can see they read the issue and ignored it. Waiting for a compensation. I have lost all day in the reception and waiting for several people of the staff to fix the issues. Very disappointing. AVOID THIS HOTEL. They give free coffee is you give them an good review....

Terrible hotel, don’t recommend
The staff was rude and unreasonable, the hotel is terrible, the rooms are flithy, barely any breakfast options. Its a terrible hotel not worth the 4 stars it was given, the rooms are nothing like the pictures. Overall terrible, youre better off staying at any different hotel. Don’t recommend this hotel
