The facilities are too old. This is the first time I have seen such a small elevator. The old elevator I saw in the movie first opens the door by hand, then the elevator door. Some rooms do not have air conditioning. But the service attitude at the counter is very good.

Basically, the Hotel Kaffeemühle is very fine. I would book it again.
The location is good, especially when you arrive at Westbahnhof. You can get anywhere quickly with trams 5 or 49.
The breakfast is good and plentiful.
If I can criticize something, it would be the cleanliness. In the bathroom, some fluffy debris had accumulated in the corner behind the door.
And on the last day I got a new bath towel with a big old blood stain on it.

The lobby was nicely cleaned and I thought the rooms would be in similar standard. However, there were strings of hair on the bed when I first received the room, and the furnitures are quite old or damaged. I also found mold in the bathroom and closet, which is the most unacceptable spec for me.
P.S. My friend said that the wifi did not work properly in his room too.

Older property, really well-located in a bohemian inner suburb of Vienna. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Great local pastry and coffee shop nearby. Excellent self-service laundromat very close. Tram access to stations and central Vienna.

The hotel was close to transport options.
