The hotel is very beautiful, the experience is great, the location is easy to find, and the transportation is convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to Vienna. It would be even better if the front desk staff could be more welcoming.

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in for a perfect city break.. everything was perfect including location (proximity to transport, restaurants etc). The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were spacious and superbly clean. The Breakfast room was calm and inviting and the breakfasts were simple but lovely. This hotel is a fabulous haven of peace and comfort in a beautiful city! We would love to stay again sometime

This would be a great property to stay at if you are a regular traveler to Vienna and know your way around. This was our first time in Vienna and although the property was clean and centrally located, the staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful. Not a bad place, just not effusing hospitality or offering suggestions to make your stay memorable.

Hatten ein Familienzimmer da es einen Balkon hat! Die Größe des Hauptzimmers ist gut, die Couch sehr angenehm. Das Bett war ok. Leider roch es ab dem 2. Tag im Bad sehr eigenartig, obwohl die Toilette in einem extra Raum ist. Mir fehlte eine Halterung um gut alleine in die Dusche zu kommen ( gehandicapt durch Hüft - OP ). Die Zimmer sind doch sehr hellhörig ( Krach von über uns bis spät Abends). Das Frühstück hatte jeden Tag ( 7 Tage Aufenthalt hier) immer das gleiche Angebot an Wurst und Käse, die Brötchen aufgebacken und nicht mehr so toll um 8.30 Uhr, das Brot ok. Kaffee aus dem Automat - hatten uns da mehr versprochen ! Gut ist das Angebot selbst sich Wasser in Flaschen füllen zu können und für den Tag mitzunehmen. Durch Personalnot klappte die Reinigung der Zimmer nicht an jedem Tag zu 100%.

Super cute hotel in the heart of beautiful Vienna. We stayed in the Garden Suite and everything was exceptional. Street parking was less than 5 Euros, the subway station is across the street, and the amenities are excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.
