Good service but very poor cleaning, stained and ugly carpet and they change our room because of a strange smell in the bathroom and dirt from not having cleaned the room in question. The service at reception was very good but the cleaning and facilities were more than deficient.

I stayed here for two nights, and the staff came directly into my room at 9am, when I hadn't gotten up yet. I was very tired but woken up...
The location is good, close to U6 and S2/3
The room has no air conditioning, but there is a balcony for ventilation. I didn't sleep the whole night because it was too hot on the second night. It seemed like someone was smoking when I opened the window, so I closed the window again. It was a tough night.
The front desk staff was very nice

I booked two different rooms, but I didn't feel any difference in price and type, and there was no air conditioning or refrigerator in the room to control the temperature. If you arrive late, the nearby market closes early, so you have to buy water on the first floor (about 2.3 euros). It's more like a hostel than a hotel! It's a bit noisy until night because there are a lot of people passing by, but that may mean it's a safe location! The reception was friendly.

A good hotel, but an empty room has only a TV and a shower in the bathroom, even the iron, you must order it from the reception and return it to them, and there is no phone in the room. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the rooms without air conditioning, the only goodness is close to the train station and there is a grocery at the bottom and the reception were at the top of the splendor.
Unfortunately, the bed was making sounds when I raised the rank, I found that the base was broken and not well fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at Kyriad, very clean and well kept. Check-in was very quick and easy. The location is perfect and close to public transport. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
