I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent one-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was sub-par at all levels. Check-in was very slow, room cleanliness was lacking, and amenities were inadequate. The bed was uncomfortable, and 2 bed levels were not equal. I've had no sound sleep all the night. T. V repair was taken up after 3 reminders in an one nd half hour span. I hope the management will take necessary steps to address these issues and improve the guest good experience.
