Nice hotel in Algarve. Amazing kids pool, nice spacious rooms, good for golfers & good service. Highly recommended.

Shuttle service was slow. It usually takes 15-20 minutes for it to come get you then another 10 minutes drive before you get to the marina. Reception team is extremely rude but other staff are usually polite. They didn’t do much for us when we told them we are here for our honeymoon which is disappointing.

A começar, os pontos positivos: O quarto é espaçoso e a cama confortável Facilidade de estacionamento O pessoal simpático e atencioso Já os pontos negativos são mais: Pouco espaço na piscina A piscina tem pouca profundidade Musica alta a toda a hora, não se consegue descansar Fica muito longe da praia e o serviço de transporte é pouco flexivel e fica na Marina e não na praia Pequeno almoço inferior á média para um 5* no Algarve

3 nights and 4 days of great service, a beautiful hotel and lots of smiles with the children. All the facilities were really clean, service was very good from all different departments we encountered. The only thing that could be improved I felt was the speed of food in the afternoons - albeit not an age it did take a while - nothing however that would affect my decision to visit again should the opportunity arise.

Camas e almofadas sem firmeza, muito moles e usadas Wi Fi sempre a cair, péssima rede e ligação para trabalhar Spa a pagar, não faz sentido em hotéis de 5*, nada os distingue dos de 4* 1 casal fica em Alojamento na área de famíli não faz sentido. Hotel com standards de serviço ao cliente a precisarem de ser revistos

Very disappointing for an anantara. You don’t find the charm that you have in other Anantara resort. Most of the resort is adult only, if you come with kids, you are ´punished’ to family part of the resort with a swimming pool that has a maximum depth of 1,20m, no adults can swim there. Not to mention that the view is not nice at all. Only the buffet restaurant is open for family. If the resort wants to limit so much the access of family to various part of the resort it should be adult only. The resort offer little activitities. The golf in front of the resort is being refurbished currently and this is very noisy.

My family and I were impressed with the facilities and service of the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort. We liked the comfortable rooms and the gorgeous swimming pools. We enjoyed delicious dinners at the Ria Restaurant and even better at the Sensai, where we could taste the amazing Thai cuisine from Chef Arwuth.

From when we arrived at the hotel to the day we left, everything was absolutely fantastic. All staff were friendly and respectful and couldn’t do enough to help. The room we stayed in was perfect, the quality and choice of food at breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the hotel. I would highly recommended staying in this hotel.
