Laguna Resort - Vilamoura

Fantastic location , great staff beautiful place to stay. We will 100% go back to this resort, the staff were lovely and attentive and helped with all our needs.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, in particular Telma @ Reception and Sandro @ Bar/Restaurant. Great outdoor pool and pool area - always sun loungers available which was a bonus. We stayed in a 2 x bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and very well maintained. Our balcony looked over the golf course. Kitchen included everything you would need to self cater. It`s location is only a 20 mins walk to the marina where most of the bars and restaurants are - when we did not feel like walking we used Uber taxis which were very prompt and not expensive. There are also a number of bicycles that guests can use daily for free. No hesitation in recommending this resort as a location to stay, all in all our family thought it was superb.

We have stayed here 4 times now, perfect for young families, quiet but not too far from marina in Vilamoura, staff are very helpful, rooms are really spacious & clean, very quiet at nighttime

A quite spacious apartment. Very clean, also friendly staff. Some things like the bathroom, kitchen appliances and furniture should be renewed or updated.

Beautiful resort - be aware building site next door. We arrived after a very early flight, we understood that no room would be available until quite a bit later in the day. So we left our luggage and took a slow walk into the marina ( 1.62miles). On arrival we noticed a lot of noise and building work next door to the resort. Cranes and constant boom of a pile driver. The resort is enclosed and gated so very safe and secure. The reception and restaurant were absolutely spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Once inside the resort the building work was less disrupting. Although you could still hear it even over the sometimes loud chatter of the other guests around the pool. The rooms are new, clean and very minimalist style. We found if we sat on the sofa we used the extra duvets as cushions and the outside seating was funky plastic, not comfortable or designed to sit and read a book. Our rooms didn’t get any light on the balcony although the views across to the sea were stunning. It did feel a little style over substance. The pool is small and shallow, due to the enclosed nature, most of the time there were beds available, but the acoustics being as they were when we did have noisy guests by the pool it amplified the noise, which we did find a tad annoying. Absolutely not the fault of the resort. We made use of the free bicycles and took a ride around the nature reserve close by. In all an excellent resort with helpful staff. Even with the little ******* I would still give this resort an excellent score.

Have just had a week with my sister in a two bedroom duplex apartment with a rooftop terrace and it was fabulous! All three floors had large balconies with good views of the swimming pool and golf course The accommodation was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped with housekeeping service every day except Sunday. The pool area was never too busy, we were able to get a sun bed whatever time we went down and it was useful having pool towels supplied. All the staff are friendly and helpful and we used the cafe regularly. The resort is about a 25 min walk to the marina but we mainly used uber which cost between 4-5 euros. This was my second visit to Laguna Resort, I was here last year with my husband and will definitely return again, it is a gem!
