Datenschutz ist dort anscheinend nicht vorhanden man gibt Auskünfte über Telefon von Leuten wer alles dort ist und das Persönlich finde ich unkorrekt wenn man ein Zimmer hat haben die Mitarbeiter die dort angerufen werden und nach Personen fragen kein Auskunft zu geben

Eccezionale, consiglio di prenotare la camera con vista fiume, silenzioso, letti comodissimi , colazione con panorama sul fiume, puoi cenare nel ristorante dell’hotel con ottimo cibo, alla reception Petra parla italiano ed è gentilissima….. qualità/prezzo giusto…insomma direi tutto perfetto.

Wonderful hotel. Service was wonderful and the room was overall very comfortable. I just had 2 issues with the hotel room: the a/c barely, if at all, worked & the access into the tub required a giant. Even after calling to the front desk who verified the a/c was working, I never saw the temperate go down and we ended up sleeping with the windows open. The tub/shower required a large assault just to get in which, if you’re older or prone to falling could be a significant issue, so make sure to specify. On the positive, my room had a spectacular view of the river and part of the city. Breakfast was delicious and access to the parking was super convenient. Overall very nice and would stay here again if visiting Villach.

We stayed here one night on the way over to Venice the hotel was easy to find situated in a good location by the river. The checking process was slow as the desk was unattended we had to 4 minutes 😒 anyway once we got checked in the breakfast wad 22 euro each which we declined we were Ihg members and booked a high room superior with river view. The room was well appointed with its own quirks the TV channels good and wifi. We raise a issue with reception which was finally pick up the phone on 4th call the aircon not working we had the window closed 🤔 the receptionist showed little interest and informed it took awhile to come right. Strange gave us no solution to a problem in our bedroom well had to sleep with the window open as it was quite warm. Looked I have stayed in hotels all.over the world and I am Ihg member but the hotel was good but its lacks a human element called service to help resolve problems that guest have.

Zimmer = zu klein, Ohne Kühlschrank, nur ab 6.te Etage. Rezeption weit unterdurchschnittlich. Arrogant fern ab von einem guten Kundenservice. Preise völlig überzogen. Man vergas meine Anschlussbuchung. Dafür die Nachricht "Pech " Und das bei Preisen zwischen 140 und 220€ Positiv das Bett und das Frühstück zu 33€ Jetzt sind die meisten von uns in einem anderen Hotel untergekommen, Preis 98€ inklusive Spassbad, Thermenzugang und Frühstück. Hier wird man wie ein Gast behandelt, der gerne gesehen ist. Schade das man bei Voco Statuskunden nicht wie solche behandelt. Ich verzichte lieber auf die Hotelpunkte als auf einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der einzige wirkliche Vorteil ist die Stadtnähe, zum Kunden gibt es keinen Unterschied

Buona struttura con personale gentile e professionale, sopratutto Flavio, addetto alla ristorazione e al bar che è stato molto professionale e gentile. Personale meno accogliente alla reception. Camere pulite e spaziose. Nota negativa il servizio bar… location molto bella ma con orari troppo stringenti e sopratutto sprovvisto di snack e altri generi alimentari sia durante la mattina che pomeriggio per gli aperitivi. Ristorante in compenso ottimo sia come servizio che come cucina. Non si addice ad un 4 stelle. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
