Very, very bad experience.
1. All the rooms in this hotel face the road, which is super noisy. Even with double-glazed windows, the traffic outside can make it noisy until 1am
2. The smell in this hotel is terrible. Is it because it is not cleaned and ventilated? I had a nose bleed and pharyngitis after staying for one day
3. This hotel has no elevator and you need to carry your luggage by yourself
4. This hotel is obviously a hotel, but the water heater is a hidden electric water heater, and you can only take a shower for 8 minutes

Excellent breakfast! It’s one of the best you can get. Staff speaks English very well. The front desk offers mulled wine, which is awesome during winter. However, the staff forget to clean the room for once during my three day stay. After reminding, they did it the second day but in a sloppy way. I can hear noise from the connecting room very clearly. Other than that the stay was pretty nice.

Struttura storica in fase di rinnovamento Posizione perfetta per visitare la città vecchia. Suite spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno meriterebbe un miglioramento comunque spazioso. Non ho capito il cambio degli asciugamani abbastanza casuale. (All'arrivo un asciugamano di un precedente cliente era appeso dietro la porta del bagno e lì è rimasto fino alla mia partenza). Giustificabile in parte perché rimaneva nascosto con porta aperta.) Il make-up della stanza solo a richiesta immagino. Il check-in è automatico e l'ingresso nella struttura fuori orario avviene con codice apertura come per le stanze. Ascensore nuovo e aree comuni pulite. Personale gentile ma scarsamente empatico come la tradizione lituana. Le stanze interne silenziose. Potrebbe essere eccellente curando i particolari descritti. Ottimo in linea di massima.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment copieux et original. Le personnel du restaurant travaille soigneusement. Par contre, nous avons un appartement avec une décoration des années 80 avec une vieille moquette. Après une douche complète de notre fille, l'eau est débordée dans la salle de bain et dans le couloir. La moquette a pris l'eau et diffuse une odeur insupportable. Plus le jour passe, plus l'odeur devient insoutenable. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception mais ça n'a pas l'air de leur poser le moindre de problème. Nous sommes heureux de quitter cet hôtel.

I booked this hotel at very short notice, I based my choice on its modest price and it’s proximity to the cultural centre of town; as far as I could discern from Google maps at least! I was beyond delighted upon my arrival to find that its location was actually more convenient than I’d expected and its decor and cleanliness were leagues above its price point. However, the biggest impression that this hotel made upon me was the utterly amiable, compassionate and obliging hospitality that the staff displayed. Far beyond what I’d become accustomed to in this part of Europe and more akin to an avant-garde hotel in somewhere like London or Bordeaux! Without a doubt the service that you can expect here sets it apart. I’d personally endorse this place to any variety of tourist who’s looking for a comfortable and safe place to rest their head. If I ever visit Vilnius again I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Location was great. just outside the old town gate, you can walk anywhere within 10 minutes. Great value. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Decent price.

I stayed at the hotel at the end of February 2023. This is not the first time we have stayed in this hotel, but I think it will be the last. The hotel is not bad, convenient location, the staff speaks Russian. We took a room with breakfast. I don't recommend doing this! Breakfasts are sad: it’s over, it’s eaten, it doesn’t work. Considering that we were there on weekdays and there were few guests in the hotel, this is not nice on the part of the hotel - the amount of food is not designed for the number of guests. With a breakfast price of 15€, you can offer something more worthy for your guests. Of the minuses - disgusting breakfast!

A beautiful little rose boutique hotel in a great location! We chose that as a temporary stop after our flight and before traveling to other city. The room was beautiful! The downside: most of the time there was nobody at the reception. Also, some guest got extremely drunk and kept wandering around the hotel constantly trying to enter our room (thinking it was their room), pissing in the corridor, shouting, and finally sleeping at the room door/in the hallway. As there was no-one at the reception, no-one took care of that situation and there was no-one to tell the problem. Despite that the hotel is a gem!

A hotel with artistic elements. It is located well, next to Aushras Vartai, but not in the old city, but on its edge. There is a problem - there is nowhere to park the car, unless about three hundred meters away on the street behind the bridge (but for free). But the walk to the station is five hundred meters, even less. Uphill. The rooms are small but nice. Especially attic ones. Uncomfortable shower with a silk curtain. Sound insulation is ok. The pillows are comfortable, but the bed will be a bit cramped for two. Breakfast is modest, but also inexpensive. Opposite across the street is a good cafe. For the money it's quite a decent option.
