We had only one standard room and so we had the view of a small box between the outside walls, fully stopped with tubes of the ventilation systems. Well, even guilt if you don't want to spend the money as you seem to be used to by previous guests. We were with a small group of travelers there and have eaten in the hotel. Not to recommend! The dishes were tasteless, the quality of food is very improved and the pace of serving the individual gangs is very sporty. Well, why should you always be treated as,Travel group so badly? ! Our travel agent wants to make quality aware and now? !

The location is right at the heart of the city center and all attractions are within walking distance. The bed is one of the best I have ever slept in with memory foam. However the design and the layout of the bedroom and bathroom needs improvement as the shower and bathtub are separate units, looks weird and small and narrow. Old railing/shelf needs to be removed in the shower area as I keep hitting it. Wifi connection is good. Breakfast food is standard nothing outstanding. There are not much selection of fruits and using spoon to scoop the muesli is quite silly. I would expect to see omelets there but were not catered there for a 5 stars hotel like Novotel. Overall the stay was comfortable just missed out the usual Novotel hospitality I have expected.

THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. The beautiful hotel is located in the old town of Vilnius. It is quite new, accordingly the equipment is very good. My single room was a little small, but it is enough for a person and for a night in the city. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there was no refrigerator.
The check-in was very professional and efficient. The hotel has a contract with a parking area nearby, it is about 600m walk from the hotel. For only 8 euros you can park your vehicle there (as agreed with the reception).
The breakfast was in order but still extensive, for example, it lacked normal milk. There was only lactose-free milk that even tasted acid.
All in all, it is a nice hotel and I recommend it to everyone for a stay in Vilnius.

The hotel is a short walk from the old town. The street it is on is quiet and I felt safe walking there, even at night. After 8pm there are no staff on site but there is a keypad with code for security at the door. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Rooms are bit dated but extremely clean and had everything I needed, including a fridge and hairdryer in the room. For the price it is extremely good value. Unfortunately I didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but it smelt very good and was included in the room rate. I would definitely stay here again as it was a good budget friendly option.

Incredibly fast registration at the reception, very nice girls working.
The breakfast is varied, but if something is over, they are in no hurry to spread it. Personally, I never waited for fruit for 40 minutes of breakfast.
There is a room for luggage, it is locked with a key, you can easily leave things while walking around the city.

We were on the 5th floor with great vistas of the city. Our room was warm and comfy and we enjoyed 2 nights there. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was very nice but it was a bit pricey so definitely cheaper to eat in town. It was very handy for breakfasts just being situated across from a world famous fast food outlet where we went each morning. The hotel was well situated for walking trips into the city which we did each day.

This is a very nice hotel. The reception staff are extremely helpful (thanks!), my room was very nice, comfortable mattress (and I’m fussy), excellent breakfast, including non-dairy items (thanks again!). The hotel is a short walk to the bus station, or two blocks from a bus 3g bus stop going to the airport (short ride). The hotel is not right in Old Town, but is a very short walk, which for me seemed perfect. Finally, the lobby furniture is really nice, much better than the usual.

It was not the first time we rested in the Vilnius Grand Resort hotel. Stayed 3 times in deluxe rooms and many times in superior. This time there was an improved room, but I had never seen such furniture before - a chest of drawers made of pine 30 years old. It was impossible to look directly. There is no light curtain on the window - no comfort. But the bed is snow-white, the bath is super clean.
Breakfast is worthless. Overcooked bacon, dry old herring, not even fried eggs. Breakfast deteriorated We put good coffee machines, and saved money to buy decent coffee. The advertised SPA is practically inaccessible - there are parents with children. There is a way out - we pay 19th and go to the new SPA. It's wonderful there.

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

MMarius ZNice little hotel next to the Main Street of Gediminas Prospect. Easy to reach old town and the area is really nice. The room not too spacious but good enough. I liked very big bathroom with a nice mirror and a special dryer for clothes and towels. Breakfast quite good too. The staff polite and helpful. I would book this hotel again on my next trip to Vilnius.

GGuest UserDomus Maria is a lovely hotel located right at the doorstep of old town. the location was perfect. The closest sights to see literally started at the doorstep of the hotel. Its only about a 20-25 min walk to the hill top castle which was one of the furthest points. Between the hotel and that point of interest there is an incredible amount to see so the it was a perfect location to start from. Its also close to lots of cafes, restaurants, tourist shops, some bars etc. The bus to get to and from the airport is about a 1 - 2 minute walk away. If your needing the bus station or train station throughout your stay to go and see sights outside the city, they are also both a short walk. The only thing that could use an upgrade or refresh is the linens. The towels are really thin, the bed cover was a bit run down (you can take this off the bed though as it’s just the decorative part so it didn’t effect me), and the pillows were a bit thin and lumpy. The linens themselves though were very clean, just a bit old is all. All in all, this didn’t have a negative effect on my stay and I would stay here against for sure. Nice property, great location and very clean.

GGuest UserThis is a very different Radisson as it is housed in a heritage building and comes with a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Something not common in the usual Radisson luxury hotels. LOCATION: Excellent location right in the heart of town and opposite one of the most magnificent cathedrals in town DINE + DRINK: Lovely lobby-level bar. And the breakfast is an extensive affair with a wonderful spread of local and international food. ROOM: We stayed in Room 404, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular views of the Cathedral and town square from the huge windows!; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Radisson branded cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines, good enough for a simple workout. Nothing more. They also have a mini heated pool. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

GGuest UserThe hotel and room itself were nice, modern, clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful. We liked the breakfast porridge very much and found the food was fresh and tasty. Some fresh fruit would be a nice addition. The hotel is much further from the centre than you would think. our Booking website listed the hotel as a 15 min walk from the centre, but it was 25-30 from the areas you are most likely to visit and there are hills, so go prepared for this or take Uber/Bolt cars which are very cheap. (We would consider ourselves fast walkers) IGNORE THE 'HISTORIC CENTRE' DIRECTION SIGN POST OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE which has been put up the wrong way and directs unsuspecting tourists in the opposite direction to where they want to go. Nobody warned us about this initially. This won't affect most visitors, but during our stay the hotel hosted a darts tournament, which I am sure brings them good custom. However, not all of the people attending this event were very considerate of other guests staying at the hotel and it did affect our experience for the one weekend we stayed. Some drunk guests from the darts teams were running and shouting up and down our corridor (third floor) from midnight until around 5am, banging on doors, shouting and laughing loudly. This made it very difficult to sleep. In the morning the breakfast room was overwhelmed and dishes were emptied by the darts players soon after they were put out. I put my orange juice, cutlery and glasses on a table one morning and went to grab my breakfast and when I returned one of the darts players was busy moving my things to the side so that they could take my seat. It kind of made me feel like a second priority guest. There were lots of darts tournament attendees heavy drinking at the hotel bar (which is in the main reception) at all hours of the day and due to the hard, modern decor, this made the communal areas very noisy.

GGuest UserMy room was VERY small!! I booked a single. That room had a single bed put directly next to a wall. I did not like the front office staff they were not professional hotel people and kind of arrogant!!!Breakfast was pretty good but greasy. Asked for ice and they gave me a dirty look but I did get my ice. Pool worked but it was kind of grungy. I wasz very happy to get a balcony however. I would not stay there again!

GGuest UserI am just finishing a 3 night stay at the Moon Garden having travelled to Vilnius with my 5 year old son. The location of the hotel is great if you want easy access to the old town (which is absolutely lovely by the way). The hotel is clean and the rooms are very homely. The breakfast is a bit basic but totally fine and my son liked it. I liked the staff who work here, they were all really nice to my son and even leant him a sledge so he could have fun on the local snow covered hills. All in all i think it is a great value for money hotel in a good location. If i came back to Vilnius I would stay here. The only downside was there is no lift so if you are staying on the 4th floor there are a few flights of stairs to climb but that was fine for me and my son.

Kkitsune.t10 minutes walk from the international bus stop, supermarket and market are next door. The dawn gate at the entrance to the old town is also in front of you.
The breakfast was also delicious. The room is large and the water pressure in the shower is fine. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a water server near the entrance so there is no problem.
I think it is the best hotel for sightseeing.

WWiecznyTurystaFood: Delicious buffet breakfast. Service: Workers speak English, are kind, employed, without problems. Room/location: Classic sizes single room, standard but clean and careful. There are two elevators in the hotel. Due to the parking area (sand/stones) I recommend packing the tourists next to the hotel and only stop the bus to the parking. Due to the location of the centre, I do not recommend walking trips. The perfect accommodation base when returning from Latvia and Estonia. I was with the group, but I would also come back alone or in a couple.
