The location is a little off the beaten path, which was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was a very nice way to start the day. The location is convenient to get to Hautevillers, Epernay and Reims.

We've been at Royal Champagne, between 24-27 of August. I cannot find words to describe the location. Extremely clean, modern, new. The service and the staff very attentive, and I'm not easy to please. The Notes restaurant, also very good. The other one not so good, but not bad. Highly recommend it!

Zeer stijlvol, klasse hotel op een unieke lokatie met een TOP service & bediening! Zeer stijlvol, klasse hotel waar men zich als gast dadelijk thuis voelt. Ik was hier reeds meerdere malen te gast en het niveau op vlak van onthaal, service, vriendelijkheid, attentie blijft hetzelfde. Heel lekkere keuken, een prachtige lokatie voor mij en mijn collega's van hotel partners, valt hier werkelijk niets op aan te merken. Een adres om aan te raden en we komen zeker terug! Hôtel très élégant et chic dans un emplacement unique avec un service TOP ! Hôtel très élégant et élégant où les clients se sentent immédiatement chez eux. J'ai été invité ici plusieurs fois et le niveau d'accueil, de service, de convivialité et d'attention reste le même. Une cuisine très savoureuse, un endroit magnifique pour moi et mes collègues des hôtels partenaires, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire ici. Une adresse à recommander et nous y retournerons certainement !

Tout a été parfait l’accueil dans l’hôtel, les deux restaurants, le Royal et le Bellevue le spa, les Massages la chambre c’est vraiment un moment magique Je reviendrai très prochainement Pour vivre encore une expérience aussi agréable La seule chose qui nous a un peu dérangé, ce sont certaines personnes au spa qui ne respectent pas le calme et le repos des autres. Certaines personnes parlent très fort.

Le bâtiment n’est ni le plus esthétique des environs, ni le mieux intégré au paysage, mais une fois à l’intérieur, sa modernité a de nombreux avantages: espaces fonctionnels, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, piscines et spa agréables, et superbes vues sur les vignobles depuis à peu près partout. Le service est efficace, attentionné et aimable,avec beaucoup de petites attentions mais un léger manque de spontanéité et de personnalisation par rapport aux meilleurs standards. Très bons petits déjeuners, avec un buffet fourni dont les différents « stands », curieusement placés, vous permettent d’accomplir en même temps votre marche matinale. Notre expérience a été plus mitigée au restaurant Le Royal: salle bizarrement aménagée, donnant une impression de renfermé, cuisine manquant un peu de précision, service très inégal, sommelier prétentieux, … Ce n’était peut-être qu’un problème de rôdage, puisque le chef vient apparemment de changer, mais en l’état, ça ne valait ni l’étoile, ni le prix. Le restaurant « Bellevue », simple mais bon, était plus agréable avec un service attentif et souriant et une très belle terrasse.

Many thanks to the hotel Champagne for a fantastic 3 day break with the Taylor/Jones and mother-in-laws 70th birthday celebrations. Excellent friendly staff, great service and top notch food. Breakfast have a great selection of food and an evening meal there was very good. Rooms are large with excellent view of the surrounding champagne vines which go as far as the eye can see and same applies for the view from the pool which it top class. Only a 20 minute journey to the avenue champagne which is a must visit. Overall deserves to be in the leading hotels of the world and will definitely be back in the future. Amazing hotel. Elite luxury. Stunning views, fabulous customer service, amazing food and very comfortable rooms. The spa treatment from Sophie was the best I've ever had, topped off with a glass of champagne on the sun soaked balcony by the outdoor pool.
