Magical, smiling staff and very caring for the customer.
Very nice room, clean Very well equipped. Flute of champagne on arrival, small candies pffert in the room and again a delicate attention on departure. The spa is very good, clean, swimming pool, sauna, hammam and possibility of doing treatments. The restaurant, what to say, exceptional, refined , surprising, a real delight. Magical stay.

We booked at your hotel because it has 5 stars. We would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant as well, but after booking we found out that this was not possible. At the time we found that very regrettable. The reception was very customer-friendly and the glass of champagne we were offered made us feel very welcome. The rooms and atmosphere of the hotel, on the other hand, was immediately disappointing. Cheap finishing of floors, furniture as well as the bathrooms and hotel rooms have a refurbished and painted 80s look. The ‘spa’ and swimming pool is already no different. Broken thermopane windows, rust on the floors and stains in the cushions. When we then decide, since we could not dine, to have an aperitif with a small snack in the bar, our disappointment is complete. The menu put it beautifully; ‘a selection of regional meats’ and ‘pallet of various cheeses’. In reality, we got an uninspiring plate with a few pieces of meat and a plate of cheese. 5 stars? In the end, with this level, we were glad not to have eaten in the restaurant. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world and unfortunately we cannot but conclude that your hotel is not worthy of this rating.

Weekend et Dîner au restaurant gastronomique de l’Hostellerie Briqueterie & Spa • Champagne pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Personnel attentionné et discret. Chambre joliment refaite et décorée. Petit bémol, salle de bain un peu petite et lit mériterait d’être plus grand. Merci à la Cheffe Nawal Rezagui de nous avoir fait voyager. Produits frais, mis en valeur. Merci à toute l’équipe de restauration et de l’hôtel pour leurs délicates attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Magnifique weekend.

An excellent overnight stop, our third visit to the property. The complete refurbishment has resulted in fresh, attractive decor throughout, a slight ‘retro’ look in the bedrooms and some quirky touches, for example a record player and a selection of vinyl records! Dinner in the restaurant was good and will improve as the chef refines her skills and interesting flavour influences, Breakfast was a superb spread in the bright, attractive breakfast room and conservatory. Service at breakfast, dinner and at Reception was invariably warm, professional and enthusiastic.
