I felt safe in the parking area, and I loved the warm welcome at the front desk! They even had a cute brand, imprinted chocolates, and a pack of pistachios and a bottle of water for me at check-in. I’ve been a platinum member for a long time and usually don’t get this warm of a welcome. The hotel smells really lovely in the hallways as well. Enjoyed my stay.

Great service wonderful staff from the cleaners to the people who checked me in. Mae checked me in made appointment on phone, showed me how to get to restaurant was so kind. That morning checked out housekeeping was so kind and man at front desk Tanner very professional and made me feel appreciated. 5stars wouldn’t change a thing

Southern Indiana stay
We arrived early because of airline travel and was charged 50$ for early check in. The hotel room floors were not very clean because the bottom of our socks were very dirty, almost black in color. The bathroom shower wall dispensers were not filled so we used the travel size shampoo and conditioner. The refrigerator door handle was not clean.
We were very surprised that was no recycling in either the room nor dining area, not eco-friendly.
The breakfast food selection was good, just limited in quantity.
Besides those matters, our stay was okay.

Please clean your hotel
There were cockroaches in the kitchen, bug droppings in the kitchen drawers, some kind of fragrance vent clips on the air conditioners, ripped carpet, the air conditioners in the bedrooms did not work. And for a suite to have the bed right at the staircase was horrible, all I heard all night was running up and down the stairs. This was the worst stay at a Marriott.

Has the feel of a big city hotel. Great lounge area. Wonderful breakfast. Great pool. Lots of info on local tourism and eateries. Helpful staff. Large, clean rooms. Great location, near many less enjoyable venues. Great place for any occasion. Enjoy
