Great establishment I love the atmosphere and I’m so grateful the rates are affordable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Also the location is perfect it’s right next to town center which is basically downtown Virginia beach - Joan L

I had an awesome start at this location I had 3room every room was fresh and clean. The staff was amazing had me feeling like I was home ……Ms. Biggs the GM has out did herself she is one in a million I had a issue with my AC when I tell you she handled that in know time. I’m definitely coming back in November.

Staff very attentive to my every need ,expressed my concern over loose shower rod falling. Was repaired within minutes of tellinging the staff.friendly faces every time I walk by front desk.always very helpful with all my questions. Thank you

The staff is really friendly and helpful. There are certain things that they can't control to a certain extent but they do chat accommodate you the best way they possibly can. I can say since I've been here for a few months now, and I have not seen any bugs .

A lovely, quaint hotel that meet my needs. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were up to date. Close to plenty of eating options. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

This was my first time staying here and I was really happy with the customer service from the front desk clerk Shayanne she has been nothing short of sweet every question or Inquiry I asked she always had a way to help me make a decision that best suited my situation! And matinace was pretty cool a really nice staff thanks for a wonderful stay!

Roaches everywhere, smelled horrible, felt unsafe, staff unfriendly, bathroom smelt like *********, regularly saw people coming in the back door instead of the locked front door, etc.
