Only 1 person at the desk checking in clients There was 5 people in line. Once at the front desk she was pleasant and nice. Room was clean, but had to pull door shout with both hands. TV wouldn't work so I saw a maintenance man in the hall and he sent someone to repair it.

Loc is good and cleaning is good , however. I see small
cockroach and Swimming pool is terrible and the room floors are ages ago. I didn’t expect part of holiday-inn hotels. The reception looks great but the hotel must need floor renovations as this made low star hotel.
