The location is great:lot of restaurants, the easy access..
The cleanliness is good
Helpful staff
The amenities are standard for the concept: free laundry machines, gym but the kitchen utensils need to be looked at: missing silverwares, pots, plates... you don’t have to ask.
Other than that it was a good experience, will be back

Older hotel, elevator very slow. AC/Heat unit didn’t cool well and it was cold when we stayed and didn’t cool very well. You would be in trouble in the summer. We stayed 2 nights and your room isn’t cleaned unless your there for extended stay. Have to ask for clean towels daily. Staff friendly and good location.

This property is conveniently located to the downtown area where we had business. The property is starting to age, but still looked good. Our room had everything in it that we needed for our stay. My biggest concern was parking. When this property is full, it is difficult to find a parking space. There are just not enough spaces. You can park at the property next door, but it is undergoing renovations and a lot of those spaces have equipment stored. One really nice feature is that they offered complimentary self laundry services which was really nice. Probably fixed by now, but there is only one elevator and it was experiencing issues. This property is somewhat pricey for the area, but it was well worth the price. Everyone at the front desk and other staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

Finally a nice clean , quiet hotel . I didn’t have to worry about getting bit up by any bed bugs nor did I see any roaches . Only thing I will say is they should specify their holding fee they have once you get there other than that I was satisfied

My stay at The Candlewood Suites was an absolute as well amazing, I was thoroughly impressed and surprised by the hospitality and the overall atmosphere experience and quality of this Hotel Property. I indeed will be booking my next stay at this location when I’m back in the area as well one of the many other locations, continue providing excellent great service to all of your guests.
