This place was so nice for our three night stay. It was clean and offered many amenities. The pool area was well maintained and enjoyable for everyone. The room was spacious with a full kitchen area and large living room area. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice, and helpful. The pools were really nice, as well as the whirlpool. The room was nice and spacious. I would definitely remember this property.

I have been an owner at this resort for 13 years and I was completely disgusted with the filth in our room . Grease film all over bathroom floor , mold and weeks of film from sand and lotion on shower , dirty towels , food on floor , weeks of grease on stove , and smears on glass on end tables , lights outside not working and glass over lights broken. After traveling for eight hours I had to clean everything and when I complained they did bring towels but I felt a need to wash them because the trust was lost at this point . We were told we couldn't check in until 5 because they couldn't have our room cleaned until then !! Well it wasn't cleaned at all !! Disappointed as an owner and if I would have paid the nightly fee they charge I would have been really upset !!

Booked a studio for 4 nights. Beds didn’t have a bedskirt and the mattress was falling apart. The connecting room next to us there was a gap in the door and felt like we were in same room. I could see into the other room.
Asked to be changed, they moved us and upgraded as an apology, which I thought was extremely nice. When checking out they made us pay for the upgrade!
