This is the third time i had booked in q hotel. The previous 2 times my stay was ok but this time it was a disaster. I am aware that my booking starts from 12:00pm but i had a meeting at 10:00 am and i reached the hotel by 9. The receptionist was very rude and told he cannot entertain me till 12. I requested a bathroom for changing and keep my luggage till 12 but he flatly refused. I immediately checked into a neighboring hotel and didn’t go to q hotel again.

The location is near the rk beach. But the amenities and services are not best. They will not provide basic things, once you ask they will provide you.

Rascal is sitting in the reception counter who always misguide you in many ways and himself as manager of the hotel.

Rapido is best in vskp for hassle free travel...and the Q hotel is near to Rk beach..it was fantastic 😍

Visited for 2 nights. We arrived at 10. 00am but room got at 12. 00pm because of check in time, room was good, but there was restaurant not available. Overall good.

Experience was good room was also good, internet speed was quite good for work purposes also and ac decoration and bathroom was very good staff was also good

Hotel location is excellent but they don't care about customer requirement. I booked 2 rooms and they had 1 given me 1 room on 1st floor and other one on 3rd floor. Despite room available on same floor manager didn't accepted our request. Guests have to ask for amenities. They don't provide water bottle daily or toiletries. Also they don't have kitchen so no room service.
