Hotel non moderno ma pulito con camere molto grandi, bagno grande e dotato di tutto. Personale accogliente e disponibile. A pochi passi dalla porta che da al centro storico. Parcheggio custodito e gratuito. A poche centinaia di metri le strade che portano agli splendidi borghi Bravi

Hotel essenziale quanto a servizi, ma ottimo per la posizione e per la cordialità dello staff.
Dalle recensioni mi ero lasciata scoraggiare (effettivamente forse 4 stelle sono troppe) ma alla fine ci ha regalato un soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.
Senza pretese, ma alla fine partendo la mattina e tornando a fine giornata è più che sufficiente. La vicinanza al centro e il parcheggio sono stati sicuramente un plus.
Lavori di ristrutturazione ancora in corso, in compenso hanno ripristinato l'ascensore..

Soggiorno molto piacevole, nonostante il maltempo. Hotel di buon livello; stanza ampia ben al di là delle aspettative e ben arredata, con affaccio gradevole. Location vicina al centro storico e alla Stazione Porta Fiorentina; Stazione Porta Romana raggiungibile in una ventina di minuti a piedi. Prima colazione gustosa, con ricco buffet. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità

Abbiamo alloggiato nelle casette, più precisamente nelle casette sotterranee. Luogo buio, pieno di insetti, pulizia pessima: il vetro che copriva le luci con ragni grandi che si muovevano all'interno, doccia sporca con gomme da masticare ed elastici all'interno, capelli ovunque e rubinetti che spruzzavano acqua ovunque. Colazione a buffet povera.
