Un hotel normalito de 4 estrellas
No es un hotel 5 estrellas, es 4 estrellas…los servicios de un 5 estrellas son mas numerosos y mayor calidad. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no suele cobrar 40€ por un check in anterior a las 13:00 horas y es lo que me cobraron.

Hotel de 3 estrellas
Hoy por hoy no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Con 3 tiene suficientes. Los enchufes están medio sueltos; el spa es caro para lo que es y en los colchones se notan los muelles.
Lo mejor: el personal. Muy amables y atentos.

Agréable, mais attentio aux surprises ...
Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un lit king size. Très propre. Petit déjeuner assez varié mais cher. Hôtel très éloigné du centre ville.
Spa agréable, mais cher et surtout sur le site rien n'est précisé au fait que le Spa est payant. C'était pour nous une surprise !!!
C'est tout de même 20€ de l'heure !!!

Hotel was very nice. Unusual to have to pay to use the swimming pool and sauna in a 5 star hotel. Limited eating options.

Es un hotel más bien de 3 estrellas en todos los sentidos: calidad del servicio, instalaciones y personal. Anticuado, no excesivamente cómodo y ni el más mínimo detalle que te indique que es un 5 estrellas. Por ejemplo, nuestra habitación tenía cocina, y no había ni un triste sobre de azúcar o sal. El spa y sauna muy pequeño, con un par de parejas ya está lleno. Y el masaje relajante, fueron más bien unas caricias con aceite. No esperábamos un masaje de quiropráctico, pero tampoco algo tan sin más. A todas horas encuentras los pasillos llenos de carritos de limpieza, y el ambiente en general es bastante deprimente. No lo recomendaría en absoluto, si lo que buscas es un 5 estrellas y relajarte.
