Excellent location... Nice hotel.. service was very slow especially at the restaurant and in room food service. Hotel had warmth of being in Vrindavan..not very fancy but vibe was soothing.

Worst room service with unprofessional staff in the front office , not recommended for senior citizens, hotel thus not full fill there offered service at the time of stay , zero communication with the employees of the hotel , if you are facing any problem they will say okk and thus not solve your problem

Very positive environment and clean room. Very close to kali kunj, prem mandir, isckon and other temples

All are satisfying barring the room service being provided by the staff. Room including bathroom was not being cleaned on daily basis. Towel was even not being changed on daily basis. Apart from this it is overall okay with respect to the tariff being charged.
