La personne à l’accueil est super gentille et fait de son mieux pour vous aider. Malheureusement, l’hôtel est très vieux, mal entretenu. Compliqué d’avoir une évacuation d’eau dans votre salle d’eau. Il faut faire très attention à ne pas inonder la chambre… Le petit déjeuner : des gobelets pour votre sachet de thé et puis pas grand chose! A ce jour, le pire hôtel où nous sommes descendus!

The hotel had amazing views and was extremely clean the owner gave us and upgraded room for no added charge and the breakfast was just what we needed to fuel our day of Petra the off road parking was definitely need as the roads where very busy but made the stay 5 stars

Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de Petra a tan solo 4 minutos en coche y del centro de la ciudad con varios restaurantes y tiendas. La habitación era grande y espaciosa, el baño también era grande y la ducha con buena presión de agua y caliente. El desayuno estaba bien. El personal del hotel super amable y super atentos en todo momento. Si vienes en coche, tiene parking enfrente del hotel Os recomiendo que lo conozcáis!

Hôtel très bien situé entre le centre ville et le site de Petra (5 minutes à pieds du centre ville et 3 min en voiture du site de Petra). Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel agréable et arrangeant Bon rapport qualité prix Nous recommandons !

Hotel bem localizado, perto da entrada em Petra e proximo de muitos restaurantes, supermercados. Restaurante que lhes dá apoio, com muita qualidade. Terraço com vista fantástica Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff. sempre disponivel a ajudar e preocupados com a qualidade da nossa estadia, tentando que nos sentisse-mos em casa. A parte menos positiva foi o pequeno almoço: muito simples e pouca variedade

All’inizio il posto sembrava poco accogliente e un po’ vuoto, in realtà si è rivelato un ottimo hotel, con personale disponibile, che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti, la camera era molto pulita e gradevole, la colazione un po’ scarsa

Siamo stati in questo hotel la notte prima di visitare il sito archeologico di Petra. Siamo stati davvero molto bene sia per l'hotel in sé, la cui posizione è strategica e la pulizia delle camere nettamente sopra la media, sia per la cortesia dello staff. Rasheed si è sempre dimostrato gentilissimo con noi, una ragazza aveva la febbre e lui si è prodigato in ogni modo per aiutarci. Ci ha consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante. Se dovete visitare Petra consiglio vivamente questa struttura!
