Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but if you're seeking high-level customer service and a traditional hotel experience, this might not be the best fit. This is a condo-style accommodation, so you're provided with a limited number of "starter items" for your stay. There's no housekeeping, so we had to maintain the room ourselves, including taking out the trash, removing dirty linens, and sweeping up sand from the floor. We were instructed to leave our used towels on the bathroom floor, which was quite small. That said, we were pleased with the early check-in. Although it wasn't guaranteed, we received a text when our room was ready—three hours earlier than expected. The staff was friendly, though a bit brisk at times, but this didn’t detract from our overall experience. The pool area was nice, and there was ample, convenient parking. The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. It’s close to everything in Kihei, including our favorite beach, Kam II. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable. We would definitely recommend staying here, but it would have been helpful to have a heads-up about the self-maintenance aspect.

Die Zimmer sind in einer Überbauung, welche nicht zum Hotel gehört. Es gibt ein "Office" welches für das Hotel das Check-in und Check-out macht. Für alle weiteren Anliegen bekommt man eine Telefonnummer um sich zu melden. Houskeeping kommt nur alle 4 Tage.
Im Zimmer hatte es Ameisen. Im Badezimmer, in der Küche und im Bett. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme mit Houskeeping, waren die Ameisen nicht weg. In der letzten Nacht wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, davor haben wir 3 Nächte mit Ameisen im Bett verbacht. Nicht zu empfehlen....
