This property is located in immediate vicinity of Bhama Askhed dam backwaters. Resort is well spread out and provides the amenities you would expect out of a weekend getaway. Rooms are decent, well kept and meet expectations of any standard rooms that are existential at such properties. Coming to the service which is towards the most downside. Stewards and waiters have no decency of talking with customers leave aside meeting their basic expectations. Very rigid restaurant timings e.g. if you are an early riser and need fresh tea at 07:30 am you will told without hesitation or apology that restaurant only starts at 08:30 am which means you won't be served anything between 11:00 pm (restaurant closing time for previous night) and 08:30 am (restaurant opening time for next morning) which is unbecoming of such customer oriented hospitality dependant resort. One can imagine that if the staff are so discourteous how would be the upper management. Overall a potential great experience turned sour story.
