Wando XYM

初めての場所でモーテルも初めてで不安でしたが、とても良いホテルでした。部屋も広く、明るくて施設や部屋の設備も新しくきれいでした。事前に早めのチェックインをネットでお願いしていて、かなり早く部屋に入らせてもらい助かりました。ホテルのご主人らしき方がフロントで翻訳機を使って一生懸命、接客して下さったのが印象的でした。とても親切で、よいホテルでした。

The location was good because it was near Wando Marine Terminal. The facilities are a bit disappointing. I don't use the TV remote control well. The lighting was also dark overall.

Of course, I understand that it is a small local motel, but I couldn't find a parking space around the motel, so I drove around the motel three times and parked in front of the KT branch building. When I asked the manager, all I got was a simple answer that I could park in any parking space. In particular, I had a lot of luggage due to a long-term trip, but the motel entrance only had stairs, so it was difficult to climb the stairs. In my case, considering that the standard for choosing accommodation is Hotel.com's recommendation, it was a trip that made me regretfully think that it would be a good idea to at least check whether there may be any inconveniences to customers when selecting and introducing accommodations.
