Again, good location and transportation access. It is comfortable.

No dramas at all on backside. Front not happy with at all absolutely fuckin way off normal level of personal awareness

We booked this hotel as it was close to Knox City and its shops and eating venues. This hotel needs a spruce up to encourage me to return. The staff, young and still new in hospitality were keen to help and we hade to remind them that the beds had not been made after our first night. Positives- cheap and close to a large shopping centre. Negatives- a dimly lit carpark and rear entrance to the hotel after 8.00pm and a few characters hanging around puffing certain ciggies.

Thought it looked good reviews were semi good close to where we needed to be , but the walls are paper thin, could hear arguments from other rooms . When asked could we have a ground floor when I discovered we were upstairs and explained my husband had just had knee surgery I was met with sorry our regulars come first, after also being told of $100 bond on arrival not before. When entering room people in building next door could see right into the room so closed curtains quickly. Rooms and bathroom need a bit of attention especially the shower, great size no water pressure and very dirty , honestly I have stayed at free camps with toilet/ shower ammenities cleaner. Noise from Stud Rd didn’t bother us as much as the person going off and throwing stuff a couple of rooms down , if we weren’t so tired and so late at night I would have gone and got my money back and driven home. These photos show the shower , that needs a really good clean, also when I checked under the bed and couch to make sure we hadn’t left anything behind, the rubbish under there , so I picked it up for you and put it in the bins. The lady on the desk was very polite.
