The staff at the front desk were very pleasant every time I spoke to them. The room literally had dirty handprints on the backside of the door in the bathroom, the bathroom tub had stains in it, the hotel listed a pool on site that looked very clean, but the pool was closed. It was 92° out. It would’ve been nice to be able to use the pool, the carpets were dirty in the room wearing white socks they were black just walking from the bathroom back-and-forth to the bed.

Smell of smoke even though it’s was supposed to be a no smoking room.
Unable to provide fruits and muffin for people leaving early morning.No empathy from receptionist.

The room smelled bad, the bed sheets had cigarette burns and stains on them.
The breakfast was a joke. They only have cereal.
So bring breakfast.
