Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym apartamencie, w czasie naszego dwudniowego pobytu w Warszawie. Lokal położony jest, około 20 minut od dworca centralnego co jest dużym plusem. Budynek zewnątrz, jak i wewnątrz prezentuje się doskonale ale apartament, który otrzymaliśmy to jedna wielka porażka. Mieszkanie jest brudne, nie odkurzone wszędzie dużo włosów, kurzu i śmieci. Podłoga się lepi, wygląda na niemyta. Łazienka jest w opłakanym stanie, nie higieniczna, brudna i zaniedbana. Dużo pleśni, grzybów i zapewne roztoczy. Otworzyłem odpływ, ponieważ woda nie schodziła a tam takiej niespodzianki się nie spodziewałem. (Patrz na zdjęcia poniżej) TRAGEDIA! NIE DO WIARY! W umywalce to samo, rury tak zapchane, że woda spływa pół dnia. Osoby z Ashma-uważajcie! Nie czułem się w niej w cale dobrze, i mam nadzieję że niczym się nie zaraziłem. W salonie brudna sofa, (jak w hostelu) zepsute drzwi balkonowe z kartką żeby nie otwierać, ściany z widoczną pleśnią. Czy wy jesteście poważni, sprzedawać swoim gościom mieszkanie w takim stanie? Jest to nie dopuszczalne, i be szczelnie pobierać za to opłatę. Jeśli macie takie problemy, przed sprzedażą powinniście naprawić wymienione rzeczy, i zrobić głębokie czyszczenie! Brakuje tutaj chyba osoby, która by kontrolowała to na bierząco, i warto o tym pomyśleć jak najszybciej, bo nie wróżę temu miejscu przyszłości. Nie polecam, tego miejsca w tym momencie ale wierzę, ze szybko naprawią tą sytuację, rozwiążą problemy bo szkoda tego potencjału. Zdjęcia, dodam byście mogli szybciej zlokalizować o czym mowa. Powodzenia.

If you are looking for a clean room, check somewhere else !! We arrived in 107 and we Paid for 2 adults and 1 child, only 2 big towels were provided, no towels for child and no blanket for The extra bed. Room was so dirty , you can smell dust everywhere , black Hair in The bed, pillows with yellow staines, so disgusting. We call The owner and a lady which was The manager arrived, without any excuse she Just asked if they can clean The room now or if we want to leave. Since we paid we asked to change The room, another room was provided but full Of dust anyway!!! The manager asked also30 euro extra for 1 blanket Of The bed. No cleaning service, terrible experience

We chose one bedroom apartment. The location was convenient for our needs, the apartment modern, clean, secure but we were provided by only one key which was not practical - yes you could enter to the building and operate elevator with either safety card or code but you could not enter the apartment without the key. The first night the towels were missing and it took the quite a while to bring them, also we just got two big towels, no small ones, and one of them had several holes - not terribly exciting. The A/C was in the living area so didn’t provide coolness in bedroom during the night. The furniture was modern, tending to provide smart solutions and some luxury, some things were not practical at all - the height of the bathroom sink was way too high and I am 173 cm (5’8). The TV provided various platform but not one single regular TV channel and although there was another one in the bedroom it was not working.

We stayed here for 7 nights , the apartment was very modern, with a lovely balcony , we were half a mile away from the centre so the location was brilliant , 2 bedrooms very large kitchen , shower , a washer and a dish washer, air con , WiFi 50 inch tv

Great apartment in the financial area with superb view. All amenities provided. The contactless entry is ok until there is an issue. It took over 60 minutes to gain entry, sometimes the lifts wouldn't recognise the key card. On one occasion the keycard didn't open the door to the apartment. It took intervention by on site staff to assist even though they do not work for the landlord. With only one keycard provided, the electricity turns off if a person leaves the apartment with the card. The washing machine is great but is extremely noisy at some stages of its cycle. There is a nearby metro station (Rondo Oz) which can be utilised for quick and inexpensive access to the Old Town and the Vistula areas. We watched Netflix on the tv but could not access local television.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BE CAREFUL! Scappate da questa struttura! Vi ingannano con cose che non hanno, vi trattano malissimo. Alla mia segnalazione che non c'era il letto come nella foto ma uno scomodissimo divano-letto, mi hanno risposto: " se non ti piace ti prendi i soldi e te ne vai". NON HANNO L'IDROMASSAGGIO IN STANZA COME SCRIVONO INGANNEVOLMENTE. Inoltre l'appartamento era molto sporco! MAI PIU, HANNO ANCHE CERCATO DI EVITARE LA RECENSIONE NEGATIVA SU BOOKING, SCRIVENDO CHE NON MI SONO PRESENTATO. SIETE RIDICOLI!
