Perfect one bedroom apartment. Clean with a big windows, small but comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom and spacious hallway with plenty of clothes space. Kitchen equip with all necessary gadgets to prepare meals. A love the aria to take a walk or go grocery shopping and few restaurants.

I returned on Sunday (06-06-21) from the ”Sosnowy Club”, where I spent a few successful days of rest in the fairy forest and a careful hotel with a specific name. The biggest pluses ”positive” are: 1. The crew, with a nice, handsome expert in the kitchen and Italian wines, Mr. Marcin! 2. Kitchen (excellent pizza and a flying berry cake) 3. Wine card 4. Adaptation of hotel facilities to a wide range of services 5. Central building architecture 6. Resource microclimate 7. Cool indoor pool Small plus ”negative” : slams-free elevator My opinion, is the result of the landscape shock I experienced after crossing the (a little camouflage) entrance gate leading to the fairy world, Where I looked (unsuccessfully) for the ravens.

Hotel with very basic equipment and services, good price-to-quality ratio. As a minus entry to the property on one side only, when ordering a taxi or Uber it is worth noting. Room and lobby facilities are slightly obsolete. The hotel is ideal for a short stay.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. The crazy thanks to the hotel and all the staff!!! So the circumstances have come that the hotel has become our home for 3 months and we family are crazy thanks to all the staff of the hotel for calm, humanity, reception and joyful! We brought you a lot of trouble and chaos with our visit from Ukraine (February and March were special for us months), we know and realize it. The management of the hotel and all staff became close to us people 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your care and attention, for clean rooms and clean beds, for delicious and diverse food, we know that you have tried very hard for us, what only costs Easter and Ukrainian dishes on Christmas 💙💛, we will never forget it! Thank you for our children, for patience and care, for the children's room with toys and attention to our children! Recommend the hotel, now I know where to stay in Warsaw with my family, during my tourist visit 🙌

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

book this hotel for my early flight the next day. It was very close to the airport and the room size was pretty good! The hotel will help book a car to take you to the airport, and the hotel will pay for it. This is very nice and friendly policy! If you want to go to the airport conveniently, it will be a good choice.

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!
